What do you like best about the product?
Jira integrates easily with automation testing tools and CI/CD pipelines, making it easy to link test cases, defects, and execution results directly to user stories.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike but sometimes I feel, too many configurations make setup time but consuming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Jira provides traceability between requirements, tests, and defects, improving coverage and collaboration

Quick to access, feels like it's part of our environment, easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features and integrations require more knowledge. Sometimes it's difficult to get deep understanding of just how a feature will function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is keeping a running list and work log of all the issues we need to resolve at any given point in time.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how jira maks it easy to track bugs and task on one place, it gives me clear view of what the team is working on and where the things are stand. i got the many tools intigration in it like Git , Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest downsideforme is the complexity. there are so many options and setting and menus and when the data is heavy on the board it hangs on filteration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me and my team to stay in sync and before it task would get lost in chats or spreadsheers and but now everything is in one place with clear ownership. it saves time, reduces a confusion and makes it easier to show progress and clear cycle of my team's task !

What do you like best about the product?
The number of features and the ease of integration are what truly make Jira stand out.
The sheer volume of functionalities—from customizable workflows to advanced reporting means ,we can build the exact system we need to manage any type of project.
Its ability to connect seamlessly with other popular tools like Confluence and Slack is incredibly efficient
making our cross-team collaboration much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downsides are the ease of use and ease of implementation.
While the feature set is a huge plus, the initial setup can be overwhelming and requires a significant time investment to get everything configured correctly.
It’s not an intuitive platform for new users,
which slows down the learning process and can impact the frequency of use for team members who only interact with it occasionally.
The customer support is good, but you often need to rely on the extensive documentation or community forums for troubleshooting common issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Jira solves for us is the chaos of trying to track everything across different emails, spreadsheets, and chat messages.
It gives us one central place to manage our work. For me, the biggest benefit is that it helps me track all the tickets and bugs that get raised, so nothing ever falls through the cracks.
This is huge because it gives our whole team complete transparency. We can see the real-time status of every task,
who's responsible for it, and what's next.
It’s also fantastic for streamlining our workflow—the way we can automate tasks as they move from one person to the next saves us so much time.
Overall, it just gives us a sense of control and clarity over our projects that we never had before.

Reliable tool for tracking QA workflows

What do you like best about the product?
Jira's JQL is honestly amazing once you get it. Spent a week learning it, now I can find any ticket in seconds with the help of that JQL.
The jira boards actually make sense for test tracking. We've got many stages columns which is way clearer than Excel sheets we used before. Bulk operations save so much time, especially when moving 50+ test tickets after regression runs.
Integration with Confluence means test plans link directly to tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much dislike, but they can improve the way of giving permissions, where we need to contact admin for giving dashboard access or any filter access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira replaced our messy spreadsheet system for test tracking. Now automation results link directly to stories - developers can't ignore failed tests when they're attached to their tickets.
The JQL search is worth learning. Queries like "assignee = currentUser() AND updated < -5d" catch forgotten tasks before standup calls. Sprint metrics are clearer too - last release we tracked 80 test cases, found 23 bugs, fixed 18. Real numbers beat guessing.

What do you like best about the product?
i like jira alot because it is very easy to use for any person and easy to maintain the task management and follwing the sprint and it is an go to tool for everyday use without it i cant plan the process and ease is too good to be true .
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike about jira is that it takes soo much load in the website as it is heavy software so get difficult in that and there and sometimes with some too many clicks the jira stop responding also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps us to plan the day according and matches the dealdline and most good part about it that in sprint it shows the progress of our task what are their status within that sprint how we task need to resolve like that. It improves the collbration within the team and real time reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Provides all in one solution for project management, also the different types of boards available like kanban, scrum and all makes it very good tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI can be more better, like for now i am using jira and I the place where the tickets are present is shown in very small portion of the screen, I should have an option to go to full screen for tickets only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows us to track all the tickets and their status, and basically provides a centralized way to manage the entire project tasks.
