What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Jira feels complex, with too many configurations and a slow interface when projects are large.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Best tool for the daily task management
What do you like best about the product?
I like about jira is that it is very easy to use and everyday managing the task and sprints is very easy to access and their ui is very friendly to use it have drag and drop features and etc, like that
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like about jira is that it when there so much jira tickets it takes too much time getting data and while doing that some times websites also takes too load and it crashes the website due to that .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solves the problem of tracking every day user activity and task management it is very easy to do it with the jira and its helps us to track the sprint life cycle of any user at one place and their charts and reports have too much in detail data for that.
Jira keeps support transparent, accountable, and always on track.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jira is how it gives complete visibility and structure to projects that would otherwise feel chaotic. I’ve been using it for over two years, and the way it organizes tasks, bugs, and backlogs has genuinely improved both my personal productivity and my team’s collaboration.
The boards (Scrum/Kanban) stand out the most for me. I can see the big picture at a glance — what’s in progress, what’s blocked, and what’s done. It helps me prioritize without guesswork. The reporting tools like sprint reports, velocity charts, and burn-down charts also give me real-time insight into team performance, which is invaluable for making adjustments on the fly.
What makes Jira different from other project tools I’ve tried is the customization. I can design workflows to match exactly how my team operates instead of bending to a rigid system. That flexibility is a big reason why Jira has become a non-negotiable tool for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I rely on Jira, it does have challenges. The biggest one is the learning curve. New hires often struggle with the complexity of features and workflows at first, and it takes time to get everyone comfortable. Sometimes I even need admin help just to tweak permissions or workflow rules.
Performance can also be an issue when working with large projects containing thousands of issues. Pages can lag or take a while to load. Also, while Jira integrates well with many tools, some third-party plugins still require extra setup to work smoothly.
But honestly, these drawbacks are small compared to the benefits. Once you’ve invested time in learning and tailoring it, Jira becomes an incredibly powerful tool that pays back in efficiency and clarity.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Jira solves for me is project chaos and misalignment. In my role, projects move fast, involve multiple stakeholders, and leave zero room for error. Before Jira, tasks would get lost in email chains, deadlines slipped, and it was hard to hold people accountable.
Now, Jira is our single source of truth. Every task, bug, and project deliverable lives in Jira, and everyone can see exactly where things stand. That level of transparency improves accountability and trust across the team.
For me personally, the benefit is huge — I can quickly identify bottlenecks, reassign work if needed, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. It has made me more proactive, reduced the stress of “surprises,” and ensured our projects deliver on time. In short, Jira gives me control and confidence in fast-moving projects.
