What do you like best about the product?
It's an amazing tool for planning work. With features like epics, stories, tasks, bugs, priority support tickets, and more, it helps me clearly distinguish between the different types of work I handle. It also assists in planning and prioritizing my tasks, making it easier to achieve product releases on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike or don't enjoy about JIRA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project planning involves organizing tasks, managing the work, and ensuring everything is completed on time. When working across different functions, it becomes easier to track the progress of the work and stay aligned with the overall goals.

It's overall ability to track project status using Epics, Stories, Tasks, and Sub-Tasks

It's a very powerful tool and can have a high learning curve.

Tracking projects .. I run the product team and the way the Jira allows my team to create ideas, create and assign to-dos is critical to our company.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing Jira with Scrum is very easy and efficient for the boards of each sprint.
What do you dislike about the product?
Locate some dashboards that are needed, but after finding them and adding them to favorites, they become more accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the management of user stories for new projects and the management of bugs for quick customer support with traceability and dates

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is user-friendly and straightforward, making it easy to use and track Jira tickets. Tracking and reporting are much simpler with JIRA, and it also allows integration with other platforms like Slack. The project management team can create tasks, issues, and bugs, then assign and track them among team members. Tracking progress is convenient with JIRA, as you can also log the time taken to resolve each ticket. Within the tool, agile and scrum dashboards are available to view and summarize ticket information. They have active customer support and easy to use and implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to dislike about this tool; I haven't noticed any drawbacks while using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially, this project management tool allows tickets to be assigned to the application team and individual team members. Team members can also create tasks and assign them to users to ensure the work gets done. The tool makes tracking progress and generating reports straightforward and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like best about jira is its ease of use and quick implementation, which makes it simple for the team to adopt. I use it daily because it offers a wide range of features while still being flexible to our workflows. The integrations with tools like confluence and slack make collaboration seamless, and the customer support and community resources are reliable whenever we need help. Overall, it keeps the team aligned and boosts productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i dislike about jira is that it can feel overwhelming at times because of the number of features and settings. For new users, the interface may seem a bit complex until they get used to it. Some tasks also require a few extra clicks, which could be more streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is solving the problem of scattered task and management and lack of visibility in projects. Before using it, tracking progress, ownership, and deadlines often required multiple follow-ups. Now, everything is in one place, tasks, priorities, and updates which saves time and reduces confusion. One big benefit is how it connects with confluence and GitLab. I can easily add add documentations of confluence with any ticket of Jira and also create a branch in GitLab which saves me lot of time. This benefits me by making my work more organized, helping me stay on top of deadlines, and ensuring the whole team is aligned without constant back and forth.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing tool for project management and assigning tasks among teams. It is easy to create task objects and sprints for different project, manage and track progress of different teams. Easy to use platform and has good integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is extensive and has many features which takes time for new people to understand and go through. An ai search would be really helpful. No major issues amazing tool at great prices
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps optimize project operations and tracking. As we have multiple projects and team to manage it is easy for business team to assign tasks and sprint and track overall progress and hours from this application. The option to add notes, time, and other things makes it really convenient for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira simplifies project tracking with its intuitive boards and dashboards, offering flexible customization and smooth integration with tools such as Confluence and Slack. Its extensive feature set accommodates both Agile and traditional workflows, and the platform's user-friendly design along with Frequent updates help keep the team engaged every day. Personally, as someone with a technical background, I found Jira easy to implement and have not needed any Customer Support so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can initially seem complex, especially due to the learning curve associated with its workflows and features. Additionally, when working with large projects, the platform can sometimes experience slowdowns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is useful for tracking projects, especially those related to clients. You can easily monitor employees' work hours and see how they are spending their time.

It helps me keep track of all of our submitted requests for support.

I wish that my response in my email notification could be posted in Jira instead of me having to log into Jira to respond.

Help us with the process of reporting and tracking system errors and/or change requests.
