JIRA makes tracking my team's work effortless and backend reporting extremely efficient

What do you like best about the product?
I like the option for my team to track tickets for incoming queue volume of our customer support channels. Once everyone is trained, the tool is very easy to use and track daily activities. JIRA integrated with our work software seamlessly. Our customer support teams use the tool daily to track ticket work and solve customer facing problems. They are able to create solutions using JIRA's components and labels and track everything for data reporting to our analytics teams. The teamwork aspect of JIRA also makes collaborating with my team on one project seamless, and we are able to stay in the loop on updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike about JIRA is that it's not user friendly at first. It takes time to learn the tool and how it operates. It can be confusing trying to navigate the UI and know where or how to search for keywords to pin a specific subject down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking customer support tickets, tracking software bug tickets. This benefits our support and engineering teams greatly as it provides an all in one solution

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, it can integrate with GitHub and butbucket and finally I can create as many reports as I need with ease
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit high and you should be a power user because is not for small projects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It tells me the status of my projects with ease and speed, because it can be really difficult to know where you are when a project is too big

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of jira is it's flexibility and customisation. The integration with bitbucket , confluence, gitlab and slack makes collaboration seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep for new users especially with complex workflows. Sometimes jira is a bit slow for larger projects and managing permissions can get tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira keeps out team organized and transparent. We use it daily for sprint planning, tracking stories , blockers and release management.

What do you like best about the product?
I work on Jira tickets as part of my support job and I found all of the communication in single place. Whether it is assigned to me or any other agent. I can also easily move the tickets to different if needed without missing anything.

The best part is that I can integrate my Slack account for instant notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The spell correction feature is not available in JIRA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The current problem if we do not use JIRA then there will be no visibility between engineering and support engineers. Jira makes jobs easy to set priorities, SLA and ensure the problem is resolved making customer experience great.

Hence using Jira is great and significantly impact day to day job in positive way.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira offers a user-friendly project management experience, with a wide range of features available in its reports, Sprint Boards, and Dashboards. The variety of gadget options makes it easy to automatically generate reports for Jira Issues, enhancing overall efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations when it comes to manually customizing Gadget reports within Jira dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira has been a great help in managing the tasks handled by my team over time and ensuring they are completed. I no longer need to track everything manually, as Jira Sprint boards allow me to regularly monitor progress during our daily scrum calls. Additionally, I use the Jira Stories and tasks created by my team to prepare high-level reports and dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the simplicity of Jira and how easy it was to link to Slack so I could easily get notifications as tickets came through.

Sometimes the software would glitch frequently and I would miss tickets bc I wasn’t notified

What do you like best about the product?
Highly Customizable Workflows And automation of workflows. Easy to use dashboard and reporting

There are noticeable performance issues when using the product at scale, and the experience on the mobile platform is also unsatisfactory.

Jira helps keep my work organized, makes project timelines more predictable, and fosters better team communication — all of which contribute to higher productivity and smoother project delivery.

What do you like best about the product?
How you can easily organise all your work tasks and collaborate with your team members super efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
I sort of dislike the UI at times, sometimes feels too cluttered. There is a learning curve with this software which will take a couple of days to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, for my small business, it’s helping me keep a list of my tasks separate and how to track them efficiently. When there are multiple people involved, you can easily assign tasks and be done with them. Leave comments for others than can be easily tracked and validated.

It is highly configurable tool which solve basically any requirement you might have for the project management process in your organization.

Entry-level for the configuration is quite high.
