What do you like best about the product?
Very clean UI, tons of features, rich integration with other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring it optimally can have a steeper learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We managed to keep an eye on different bugs and reported issues. Resolving those pushed notifications to our predefined channels of communication, making everyone aware of the changes.

What do you like best about the product?
Many of the advantages of Jira that I can highlight come from my experience as part of an agile team. It enables the entire team to easily track user stories, epics, tasks, and backlogs. Additionally, features like team performance monitoring, project tracking, and sprint reports are especially valuable, as they greatly assist the team in managing business needs. Scrum master's with help of Jira can track each team members and help projects to meet deadlines and requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are significant advantages, there is often a gap where these tools can become a headache for small teams, as they may lead to unnecessary tracking of simple tasks. Additionally, the costs can sometimes be a bit high compared to the value they offer for agile models. Furthermore, there is a learning curve at the beginning, especially when team members are new to the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As part of a large team where users handle multiple tasks and projects, Jira offers an easy and efficient way to track everything separately and clearly. We can organize stories, epics, and bugs within specific projects, and for each story, we can specify the description, note all updates, record completed work, and indicate how many story points are needed to finish a task. Jira also allows us to track requirements that need to be completed within a sprint. Additionally, we can integrate Jira with Confluence and Bitbucket, which enables multiple tools to work together and helps our projects and team operate simultaneously. In this way, Jira helps us save time and improves our team's efficiency.

Simplifies Team Tracking but Lags in UI

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Jira makes task tracking easy and keeps everything organized. It's simple to use and lets me see what's going on right away. I appreciate how it helps me see work that’s been done, what’s pending, and what’s in the 'to do' list. The initial setup was very easy and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is not real-time, so I have to refresh it again and again, and the UI is also not very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me track tasks, manage sprints, and keep our team organized. It makes it easy to see in-progress, done, and to-do tasks, assign work, and track issues and bugs resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira transforms confusion into clear organization, helping our whole team stay on the same page. What do you dislike about the product?
Jira offers a lot of powerful features, but it isn't always the most beginner-friendly tool. When working on large projects, it can sometimes feel a bit sluggish and overwhelming. Additionally, customizing workflows often requires more steps and clicks than I would prefer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira centralizes our bug tracking, project planning, and product management, making it much easier to keep everything organized in one place. By providing clear visibility into every issue, it helps prevent anything from being overlooked. Our team now collaborates more effectively, addresses bugs faster, and handles releases with greater efficiency than before.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool makes sprint tasks more manageable by providing all the necessary information in the description and ensuring the criteria are clearly aligned. It is user-friendly for both scrum masters and interns, allowing them to easily handle Jira workflows and integrate with Confluence and other Atlassian products.being able to add comments and keep track of what needs to be done what was done and align with git workflows, we use pretty much every day for updating what was achieved on that particular working day.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that creating workflows requires some familiarity with the tool, so it can take a bit of expertise to get started. Additionally, while the separation of terms like epic, task, and story is helpful, it does require some getting used to and might benefit from a tutorial to help new users become familiar with these distinctions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
segregation of sprint tasks and in general highlighting what the core goals are for a sprint and reduces context switching

What do you like best about the product?
I like best Jira because it help me track work easy. I can see what I do, what team do, and what pending. All task and bug in one place, no confusion. It also help me plan and finish work on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like Jira sometimes because it slow and many clicks needed. Too much option confuse me. Also, small things take time to update. Sometimes hard to find exact task quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira help to keep all work, task, bug in one place. I can see what done, what pending, and what team working. Because of this, I can finish work on time and team work better together.
