What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jira is how flexible it is. You can set it up to match the way your team actually works, with custom workflows, fields, and automations that make managing projects a lot smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Jira is that it can feel overly complex at times. There are so many settings and options that it’s easy to get lost, especially for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps teams stay organized by tracking tasks, bugs, and projects in one place. It makes collaboration easier, keeps everyone aligned on priorities, and gives clear visibility into projecs.

Intuitive and Connected, But Can Be Improved in Updates

  • November 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find that Jira is highly intuitive and customizable, which makes its handling quite simple for me. Its user-friendly interface significantly enhances my user experience. I also appreciate the integration capabilities that Jira offers, especially with applications like email, Slack, and Confluence, among others, allowing the workflow to be more efficient. Thanks to these integrations, I can avoid task duplication, as the data syncs automatically, saving me time. This is particularly advantageous when I need to document or track the progress of a ticket, facilitating the fulfillment of SLAs and the maintenance of performance metrics. Additionally, I would very likely recommend Jira to a friend or colleague, as I believe it offers significant value in terms of operational efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that many times Jira doesn't update in real-time. It has happened to me that someone comments on a ticket and I have to reload the page to see what has been updated. I feel it should update in real-time without needing to reload the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jira to manage cases, decide ticket assignments, and meet SLAs, in addition to integrating with other apps to facilitate automatic synchronization, which optimizes my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Jira primarily for project management, sprint planning, and issue tracking. It helps my team manage software development cycles efficiently — from creating tasks and assigning them to tracking bugs and monitoring progress. We rely on it daily to stay organized and aligned across multiple projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is that the interface can feel complex for new users. However, once you understand its logic, it becomes a powerful system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Jira, we struggled to keep track of who was working on what and when tasks were due. Now, everything is centralized — I can easily see project progress, dependencies, and blockers in real time. It’s improved transparency, accountability, and collaboration within the team

Jira — Makes Team Collaboration Effortless

  • November 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Recently, I’ve started appreciating how much better the automation and rule-based triggers have gotten. Small things like auto-assigning tasks, updating statuses, and sending reminders save a lot of time. I also like the newer UI refinements—boards feel faster, and switching between issues is much quicker now. Overall, it’s become even more convenient for day-to-day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that still feels a bit overwhelming is the deeper configuration part. Setting up workflows or permission schemes can get confusing if you’re not experienced with Jira. A more beginner-friendly setup guide or simpler templates would definitely help new teams get comfortable faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps us keep all our work in one place, which has made project tracking much clearer and more consistent. Before, tasks were scattered across different tools, and it was hard to follow progress. Now, with Jira’s simple UI and organized boards, everyone can quickly see who’s doing what without extra meetings. The tool was easy to implement, and we could customize it to match our workflow as we grew. The wide range of features, like reporting, dashboards, and automation, helps keep projects on track and reduces manual effort. I use Jira throughout the day to plan sprints, check updates, and monitor progress. The integration with other tools we use is smooth, which helps keep everything synced automatically. And whenever issues come up, customer support resources—like community answers and guides—help us solve them quickly. Overall, Jira has made our processes more organized, predictable, and efficient.

Jira makes tracking tasks and bugs simple, and it’s easy to use once you get familiar with it. I use it often because the features are strong. It integrates well with tools like Confluence and also customer support has been helpful when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is great overall, but it can feel a bit complicated at first. There are so many features and settings that take time to get used to. Once you learn your way around, though, it works really well for tracking projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me track bugs, tasks, and project progress easily. It keeps the whole team aligned, makes it simple to assign work, and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

Effortless Bug Tracking and Seamless Integration

  • November 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Jira makes managing bugs and test cases simple and organized. I like how it integrates with our test management tools and allows clear communication between testers and developers. The customizable workflows and dashboards make tracking test progress effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a tester, I find Jira’s reporting and test management features limited without third-party plugins like Zephyr or Xray. Setting up custom workflows can be time-consuming, and searching for issues sometimes feels slower than expected. It’s great once configured, but getting there takes effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Jira, tracking bugs and test progress across multiple tools was messy. Now, everything—from bug reports to sprint testing—is in one place. It saves time, improves communication with developers, and gives us clear visibility into what’s ready for release.

The Ultimate Tool for Agile Project Management and issue Tracking

  • November 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Jira stands out as one of the most powerful tools for project management, bug tracking, and workflow automation. I really like how it allows teams to customize boards, workflows, and issue types to fit different processes, whether you're managing sprints, software releases, or service requests. The Scrum and Kanban boards are intuitive and make tracking progress effortless. Its Integration with Confluence, Bitbucket, and Slack makes collaboration smooth and centralized. I also appreciate the robust reporting and dashboard features, which help visualize progress, workload, and sprint health in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira's biggest challenge is its complexity for new users. Setting up projects, workflows, and permissions can feel overwhelming without prior experience. The UI can be slow or cluttered, especially in large organizations with thousands of issues. Pricing can also be a concern for smaller teams, and configuring custom workflows sometimes requires admin-level access or additional plugins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps teams streamline project management, track issues efficiently, and enhance transparency across departments. It's a perfect tool for agile teams, enabling backlog management, sprint planning, and real-time progress tracking all in one place. It solves communication gaps between developers, testers, and managers by keeping every task documented and traceable.
