Jira Brings Clarity and Organization to Our Workflow

  • November 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us find blockers faster and understand what needs attention. For a business, this makes work more organized and the team more responsible. Before this, things were messy and we didn’t know who was doing what. With Jira, we can see the full workflow, plan our sprints, and track progress much better
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly, Jira is not perfect. Sometimes it feels too complicated, especially for someone who is not technical. There are too many options and screens, and setting up workflows takes a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solved big problems for us like task tracking, transparency, and better planning. But on the other side, it still has issues like complexity, slow speed, and too many features that we don’t always need. Still, it does the main job well and helps us manage work in a more clear way. Jira made everything more clear by putting all issues, bugs, and tasks in one system where everyone can see the progress. It also helped us plan our sprints better and understand which tasks are blocked or getting delayed. Basically, it fixed the problem of messy project tracking and made our workflow more organised and easy to follow.

Jira is the best system on the market for unifying the projects and work processes of your organization's departments to align their objectives and business purposes, improving the productivity of your employees with the use of its business collaboration resources.

In addition, Jira gives you the visibility and organization you need for all your work processes, allowing you to quickly improve the management of all your technical operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negative opinions about the technical performance of Jira's resources, I think it is a solid business work system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization and teamwork have improved since I adopted Jira's digital resources and functions, obtaining many technical benefits for the management and organization of all my company's work projects.

Essential Tool for Agile Sprint Management and Tracking

  • November 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Jira allows me to track bugs and features through its ticketing system. The option to create dashboards and monitor sprints is also very useful. I find it helpful for recording Epics, which are user stories that can be used to tag various tickets. Overall, Jira is a strong choice for managing Agile Sprints.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be bloated when a product has been around for a while. Having all of the tickets in one place can be an organizational nightmare if not tackled early on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage all your issues in a single location is very convenient.

Essential tool for transparent sprint planning and team alignment

  • November 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Jira excels at keeping our entire data engineering team on the same page for sprint planning, task assignments, and daily status tracking. The customizable dashboards and detailed ticket features allow us to break down complex workflows, monitor progress, and ensure we meet our deliverables on time. Integration with other Atlassian products like Confluence and Bitbucket streamlines our development cycle, making documentation and code reviews part of a unified workflow. For cross-functional projects, Jira’s advanced filtering and tagging capabilities help us manage dependencies effectively and avoid bottlenecks.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Jira is powerful, it can sometimes feel overwhelming for new users due to its rich feature set and occasional UI clutter. Setting up automations or configuring permissions for different boards can be confusing, requiring extra time and admin support. The mobile app is functional but not as fluid as the desktop experience, lacking some advanced controls needed for more granular updates during on-the-go troubleshooting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solves the challenge of clear communication between teams by providing a centralized platform for planning, documenting, and executing sprints. It improves team accountability, reduces missed deadlines, and streamlines reporting for leadership. The ability to link tickets across projects ensures that blockers are surfaced early, helping us maintain project velocity and transparency.

Unmatched Flexibility for Every Team's Workflow

  • November 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
You can tailor the entire lifecycle of a task to match exactly how a team works, from simple to very complex processes. That flexibility is what makes Jira powerful for so many different types of teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility is great, but it also means there are lots of settings, menus, and configurations that can make it feel slow or confusing until everything is tuned properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solves the problem of keeping work organized, visible, and trackable across a team.
It brings tasks, bugs, priorities, dependencies, and deadlines into one place so nothing gets lost or unclear. Its workflows, boards, and reporting tools make it easy to see who’s doing what, what’s blocked, and how work is progressing.

Jira made managing my tasks and projects much easier.

  • November 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I now use Jira in my day-to-day activities since the manner of managing issues and projects makes it very convenient to me to be organised. Being able to have unlimited issues and projects ensures that I do not face any problems of reaching the limit and it has also been able to keep everything- small to long-term work- in a single location. I also heavily use the backlog and board views to plan my week and the timeline and calendar views have served me to plot deadlines without forgetting anything. This is likely to be the most beneficial aspect of the forms feature since I am able to gather the information about other teams without sending several messages. The establishment was not complex as well, the project templates and the customization of workflow saved my time a lot. I am now using Jira on a daily basis and when I became comfortable with the layout it was easy to navigate. It has also helped when it has been incorporated with Microsoft Teams, as updates and notifications are displayed where we communicate as a team, so nothing goes astray. I have already contacted the customer care a few times and they were able to respond quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The primary issue I have discovered with Jira is that initially it may seem somewhat overwhelming because of the available variety of features and views. It requires time to know how all things fit in and new users may end up lost in the menus or settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Jira mainly solves the problem of keeping work organized without things slipping through the cracks. Before using it, tasks and updates were scattered, but Jira gives me one clear place to track everything, what’s in progress, what’s blocked and what needs attention. The Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations make a big difference too as I get updates instantly and can respond without jumping between tools. Overall, Jira helps me manage my projects with more clarity and keeps my workflow steady and predictable.

Powerful Project Management with Seamless Integrations

  • November 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Jira's structure is perfect for breaking large projects into epics, stories, and tasks with clear ownership. You can tailor workflows, statuses, transitions, and conditions to perfectly match your team's processes. Integrates with Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub, Slack, Figma, Sentry, and hundreds of other tools. Scrum and kanban boards are simple to use and support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and burndown tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom workflows, fields, schemes, and permissions can feel overwhelming for beginners. When dealing with thousands of issues and task updates, the UI sometimes lags. Managing roles, access rights, and project-level permissions requires careful planning. Cost rises as more users and apps/add-ons are added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teams don't need scatters, spreadsheets, or documents; everything lives inside Jira. Managers get real-time insights into what's in progress, Whats's blocked, what's ready for review, and who's assigned that. Better sprint planning and agile execution for teams can be estimated using story points, tracking sprint commitments, and identify bottlenecks.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is all rounder tool for me, as it helps me and my colleagues to organize all our data warehouse tasks, in one place for our team, its very useful to break big ETL projects into smaller tickets and track progress clearly, the boards and sprints planning tools are very easy to use and i can quickly see which pipeline tasks are pending or blocked also the integration with 7pace is very helpful it track all the timing of issues resolve , automation is best which save a lot of manual work and time, like auto assigning issues or updating statuses.
What do you dislike about the product?
overall its works smoothly , but sometimes it get slowe, especially when working with many fields or custom workflow, the UI has improved but still it can feel heavy at times, but still its perfect tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us create more structure and visibility in our data warehouse projects , earlier tasks were spread across emails and spreadsheets and it was hard to track progress now every ETL job schema change or production issues is logged with proper details it improved team coordination and reduced miscommunication, we also get clearer timelines during sprints which helps us deliver warehouse changes faster and with few delys.
