Empowers Team Collaboration and Project Transparency
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Jira is how it brings transparency to the whole development process. I find it especially helpful for team collaboration, tracking progress, and keeping everyone aware of priorities, blockers, and deadlines. The customizable workflows and dashboards also make managing even complex projects much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira offers a lot of power, but at times it seems overly complex for straightforward workflows. Navigating between boards, issues, and backlogs can be sluggish or involve more steps than expected. Additionally, when there are numerous fields and custom workflows, the interface tends to become cluttered, which makes it more challenging to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me organize, track, and manage all my tasks and defects in a structured way. It makes the workflow transparent, improves team collaboration, and helps me prioritize work effectively. As a QA, it benefits me by giving full visibility into requirements, test progress, blockers, and release readiness
Flexible Task Views, But Navigation Can Be Confusing
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to view tasks filtered by group, epic, task, or subtask is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating between different Epics can be challenging, and at times I find myself getting lost. The learning curve feels quite steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is helping us monitor all the activities happening during a sprint, as well as the impediments we face while working on tasks.
Powerful, Customizable Project Management Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Really like how powerful and customisable project management tool it is. Great at issue tracking, agile support and workflow customization. It is ease to use and the implementation is also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
You might see performance issues with large projects leading to slugginess otherwise it is a great platform to be used for incident tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us with project management, bug tracking and agile development by centralising tasks, improving team visibility and providing great customization and reporting tools. Helped really well in managing incidents and get the customers right resolution with earlier turn around time.
Powerful Workflows and Effortless Sprint Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Jira's workflows are very powerful. It allows custom workflows, custom issues. It helps me track my sprints very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a first time user, jira might feel a too overwhelming, because it was for me when I started using Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it for user stories and managing the sprint. Right from the Product intake to epics to stories to sub tasks and adding stories to sprints, moving around stories is very helpful and the most helpful one is the sprint tracker and sprint summary report.

Jira is an excellent project management platform that offers tools for effectively planning, organizing, and controlling projects ans tasks. Its main features include Jira boards, which provide a comprehensive and flexible overview of different projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is quite complex to set up, and customizing workflows, fields, and permissions requires time and technical knowledge to configure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira offers us a comprehensive and flexible overview of the different projects we create for the company, alllowing us to work more effectively. It also features Kanban views that make it easier to identify and track tasks and their status.
Effortless Issue Tracking and Fast Resolutions with JIRA
What do you like best about the product?
I like most about the JIRA as tracker of issue related to anything, like technical issue, bugs fixation, raising any errors and queries to team and it is easy to track and expediting the process to get the resolution with minimal time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it difficult to navigate as due to we have integrated the system, although everything is good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me JIRA is benefiting in many way, my previous organization is also using the same and this one too, as JIRA is solving my major issue, like issue tracking related to technical glitch and other related issue like finance as well and these are my core KRA's of job and JIRA is helping me to resolve these queries.

we can create subtasks in main Task and we can add Images as well for tracking purpose.

We are unable to delete comments directly; I can only update them.

I have nothing negative to say about the benefits and technical advantages of Jira as a professional work system, I recommend it for the quality and security of all its technical features.

By actively using Jira's digital features and resources, I have managed to improve my productivity and teamwork, I can now manage my work projects and visualize their performance without any problems, facilitating planning and teamwork in each of the professional areas of my business.
From Idea to Deploy: Finally a Workflow That Follows me, Not Vice-Versa
What do you like best about the product?
I like the views flexibility: board view for daily tasks, list view for backlog refinement, timeline view for roadmap planning. Switching feels natural and helps me see tasks from different angles. The scalability is impressive: As my blog, app dev and features workload grew, I didn't feel like I needed to move to a bigger tool - the same Jira instance handled extra epics, teams and integrations without breaking the flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customising reports and dashboards to match how we measure work (especially outside of standard dev metrics) sometimes required and add-on or extra plugin - so there's extra cost or work if you want deep custom analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can clearly visualize progress - what's done, what's in progress, what's blocked - so planning, daily standups and retrospectives happen faster and more meaningfully. With Jira, everything lives in once place: backlog, development tasks, bug fixes, release notes - all linked and searchable. That means fewer "where is this again?" moments and smoother hand-offs.
A reliable tool for keeping project organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like most about is that once you get the hang of it , it is genuinely easy to use for managing daily task and tracking progress. The implementation is flexible and you can shape to match your teams workflow without too much trouble. I also appreciate the number of features it offers boards, sprint , reports automation there's a tool for almost everything. I use very frequently and it fits in smoothly with other tools so the integrations parts feels natural. Whenever i have needed help their customer support has been responsive and clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel overwhelming for new users because of the number of settings and configurations. Some parts of the ui also feel a bit slow when working on projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep tasks organised give good visibility into whats happening in a project and makes collaboration easier. It helped my team stay on track and avoid miscommunication.
