Jira is promotes a streamlined workflow through customization of dashboards and templates which allows to work fast and efficiently which leads to high productivity.
It has great automation capabilities which promotes fast completion of tasks hence saving on time for other projects.

Jira has been seamless. I have no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual planning and running agile workflows is difficult and time consuming. Jira therefore helps solve these issues by planning sprints, estimating projects and tracking sprints progress fast with ease. It promotes fast and accurate project management.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Jira regularly as part of my day-to-day work for managing bugs, test tasks, and sprint activities in an Agile environment. The biggest advantage is how well Jira supports the complete workflow—from creating user stories and tasks to logging defects and tracking them through different statuses.
As a QA, I find it very useful for linking bugs to user stories, adding detailed reproduction steps, attaching screenshots or logs, and collaborating directly with developers and product owners. The dashboards, filters, and JQL queries help me quickly track open defects, retesting status, and sprint progress without manual follow-ups.

Jira can feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users, because of the number of configuration options and screens. Sometimes simple actions take multiple clicks, and performance can slow down when projects have a large number of issues or custom fields. Reporting customization also requires some learning, particularly when using advanced JQL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solves the problem of managing work, bugs, and priorities across cross-functional teams. Before using Jira, tracking issues through emails or spreadsheets often led to missed updates and unclear ownership. With Jira, every task and defect has clear assignees, priorities, and statuses, which improves accountability.
For QA work, it ensures proper visibility of bugs, smooth communication with developers, and better sprint planning. It also helps maintain a clear testing history and audit trail, which is useful during regression cycles and release sign-offs.

I can't think of anything negative about Jira's features and virtual resources, I like how it works technically and it's a platform I can recommend to all my colleagues.

Jira is the platform that has generated the best results and business advantages for me, in the performance of my job duties, I have managed to improve my productivity and business collaboration indices by using all of its work functions, actively contributing to all of my business's professional objectives and goals.

Jira is a tool that has truly transformed the way my team works. We use scrum boards to plan sprints, assign tasks, and view progress in real time. Bug tracking is accurate and greatly helps developers stay focused.

It has a steep learning curve. As it is a tool with multiple functions, features, and configurations, it may take time to get used to it and get the most out of it.

The team now works much more comfortably and ir more productive. We have a clear organization of tasks with Kanban and Scrum boards, and everyone can see progress in real time. It also allows us to monitor bugs, incidents, and progress with precision.

I dislike that comments in draft mode can be difficult to customise. Sometimes, when I try to add text before an image, the image gets deleted or shifts unexpectedly. It interrupts the workflow and makes simple edits more time-consuming than they should be.

I am frustrated by missing updates or information on tasks that I am not personally assigned to, which affects my ability to stay informed. Additionally, there's an issue where newly created tasks automatically appear in the backlog instead of the active sprint, which disrupts the workflow and planning process.
