Effortless Project Management with Visual Clarity
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Jira is very pleasant to the eye and it gives the whole picture. Even for someone like me, who is not a software developer, it's easy to understand the progress of the software. It provides a clear view of how the software is developed without much complication in terms of software language and jargon. I also appreciate seeing the burn rate of issues and whether the team can meet their deliverables on time. Additionally, the initial setup of Jira was really easy, especially when it came to setting up users. It was not hard at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when certain issues would be affecting multiple projects, trying to link them up or link assignees was a bit difficult. But other than that, the Jira application is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira connects team members, facilitates development reviews, and manages retrospectives. Its visual appeal makes software progress understandable, even to non-developers, showing issue burn rates and on-time deliverable completion.
