Excellent Agile Management with Customizable Workflows and Real-Time Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is excellent for agile project management, offering a highly customizable workflow that adapts to various team needs. Its strong issue tracking capabilities make it easy to stay on top of tasks, while the straightforward implementation process ensures a smooth start. Real-time visibility into project progress is a major advantage, and the integration with many other tools further enhances its usefulness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software feels overly complex, and I have noticed that its performance can sometimes slow down. Additionally, the pricing and licensing options tend to be expensive. I also find that completing simple actions often requires too many clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized work tracking offers clear visibility into all ongoing tasks and clarifies who is responsible for each one. This leads to better planning and prioritization, allowing us to focus on the right tasks at the right time. Communication is also improved, ensuring everyone remains aligned throughout the process. Additionally, end-to-end traceability makes it easy to monitor project timelines and track progress.
Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Jira for the past year, and what I appreciate most is its tracking capability. We rely on it for managing tech-related issues, and whenever any team creates a Jira ticket, it becomes very easy to track and resolve the issue quickly. Anyone can update the ticket through other software as well, which adds to its convenience. Jira is also beginner-friendly and very easy to use, from creating a ticket to assigning it. Overall, it is a wonderful software. Thank you, team Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything wrong with it so far. It has been helpful in completing my tasks and resolving issues, which is important both for me and my team. I have no negative thoughts about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I use Jira to manage technical issues, and it also helps other teams track them easily, ensuring that we never miss any customer experience problems. It saves us a lot of time, as we can create and assign an issue to the relevant team or member in just 10 seconds. For technical issues, Jira is always our first and only choice.
Keeps Teams Aligned and Progress Visible Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
It is very flexible. Once the workflows and boards are set up, it becomes very easy to use day-to-day. I open it constantly, and it quickly tells me what I need to work on and what’s blocked. It also integrates well with most tools we use (GitHub, Jenkins, etc.), so there’s less manual tracking and more automation. The huge range of features means you can manage everything. sprints, releases, test cycles all in one place, which really simplifies teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, the main drawback of Jira is that it takes time to set up. Configuring workflows, fields, permissions, and dashboards can become quite complex, and if things aren’t set up properly, the tool can feel cumbersome rather than useful. While customer support is adequate, it isn’t particularly responsive when you need urgent assistance. Additionally, because Jira offers such a wide range of features, I often find myself spending more time navigating through menus than actually updating my tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira addresses one of the main challenges in software projects by keeping everyone on the same page. Previously, updates were spread out over emails, phone calls, and chat messages, making it hard to track progress. With Jira, I can clearly see what’s planned, what’s currently being worked on, what’s blocked, and who might need assistance. This clarity eliminates a lot of the guesswork.
Outstanding Query and Reporting Features
What do you like best about the product?
Query and reporting are the best features of Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email notification settings do not provide adequate granularity of controlling the condition on which notifications are sent resulting in too many emails sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product management and Bug tracking has become really easy with Jira.
Efficient Task Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find Jira incredibly valuable for its systematic task allocation and distribution system, which I use to efficiently organize tasks among different users. The sprint feature is another standout, facilitating the seamless initiation and completion of tasks, making project management much more efficient. I appreciate the product's ease of use and customization, which allows me to tailor the experience to my specific needs. Additionally, I benefit greatly from the feature that allows exporting tasks to Excel, as it lets me view and modify tickets locally without affecting the original data, providing a flexible approach to managing and reviewing project tasks offline.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that log hours cannot be modified once entered, which is crucial for updating task times accurately. The loading time is noticeably slow for large projects, which hampers efficiency. Additionally, there's no clear differentiation when duplicate tasks are created, causing potential confusion. When converting tickets to PDF or document formats, only essential content is included, excluding important sections like the author, reporter, or epic status, which limits the usefulness of such exports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jira for task allocation and distribution, making it easy to start and end tasks with its sprint feature. It allows me to export tasks to Excel, aiding in offline modifications without affecting the source data.

Customizable Workflows and Real-Time Dashboards Elevate Quality Management
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to customize workflows, connect stories to test cases and defects, and monitor sprint progress in real time. The platform's dashboards, integration with CI/CD and automation tools, as well as its collaboration features, make it a strong choice for managing quality and delivery on a large scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I dislike about Jira is that it tends to become slow and unnecessarily complicated if workflows and fields are not managed well. Additionally, the reporting features are quite limited unless you use plugins. Nevertheless, with effective governance, regular cleanup, and a well-organized dashboard, these challenges can be managed without much difficulty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira addresses issues with visibility, traceability, and inconsistent workflows. It provides a single source of truth for tracking requirements, test coverage, defects, and the progress of sprints. This allows me to plan quality assurance more effectively, spot risks early, work closely with development and product teams, and help ensure that releases are smooth and predictable.
