Excellent Collaboration Tool That Boosts Team Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about jira is that it is a great collaboration tool. We can easily assign project to someone which improves the efficiency of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira UI is too complicates, if you are not technical enough you wouldn't even know where to create a ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira has solved many problems for us like:
1. We can easily collaborate and assign tasks.
2. We can set the priority of the task.
3. It helpus track bugs and solve it.
4. We can create taska nd assign it to someone and even set the deadline.
5. and also like task tracking, transparency, and better planning
Overall it is a great tool. It helps us to solve that messy problems

Some of the premium features for use need to purchase a plan of different types, and for small businesses, it's quite expensive to buy

Jira is full of flexibility for handling big projects easily with proper planning and advanced Jira stories to present to clients during calls. It gives proper management for project managers and the dev team to understand their assigned tasks and work on them properly

It helps us to track the project progress with easy customised status for epics and bugs

Effortless Project Organization and Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is great for keeping everything structured. I like how easy it is to link stories, bugs, test cases, and subtasks together. The boards give a clear picture of the sprint status, and filters make it simple to find exactly what I need. Integrations with other tools (like Bitbucket and test management plugins) also make my daily work smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of Jira can feel slow or a bit overwhelming, especially when there are too many workflows or custom fields in the project. The UI also takes time to get used to for new users. But once you understand it, it becomes much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps my team stay organized, especially when dealing with multiple tickets, sprints, and releases. It keeps development and QA aligned so nothing gets missed. For me as a tester, it’s useful for tracking the full lifecycle of a ticket from creation to testing to closure.

Great project organizer with our developers and internal colleagues. There are layers and layers of features and customizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can become too disorganized or require too much of drilling into a case to find the necessary information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and logbook of progress, bug tracking and reporting.

Excellent Issue Tracking and Resolution
What do you like best about the product?
Issue tracking and resolution. I can't tell you how many times I've gone back to a closed ticket to understand the existing (recurring) issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow doesn't easily fit into the existing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single point of focus for development, project mgmt, and bug fixes. I can Link from Jira to Confluence, Alation, code for GCP, and the original customer request. So that in 1 year, when I've been promoted elsewhere the next person can pick up all the necessary context, documentation, and history.

Exceptionally flexible and customizable, it adapts as your company grows and scales seamlessly
What do you dislike about the product?
Part of the legacy is a bit complex and makes it difficult to adopt (although they launched new project types).
The plugins can be a bit tricky to maintain, I would increase the requirements of the marketplace.

Manage teams, projects, backlogs, timelines. Having a tool that adapts to your teams and not the opposite.
