Streamlined Project Tracking, Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I use Jira for project management, and it helps us manage and track each colleague's progress effectively. I really like the reporting section of the tool as it excites me a lot. We can track various kinds of project-related data and also the status of each team member. The performance data or the burndown data of each member involved is something that really excites me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that Jira is very time-consuming for beginners as it is not user-friendly. The learning part is time-consuming. The tool can be overwhelming as there are too many features and the customization part in the initial setup is daunting, especially for a non-technical user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jira for project management, monitoring team progress and preventing miscommunication. The reporting feature excites me, providing detailed project and performance data.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is used in my organization to assign ticket/task to us for bugs in my organisation and most liked thing is we can view task assigned to us and can manage them effectively.we can JQL to filter tasks assigned to us..creating ticket with jira is easy..
What do you dislike about the product?
It makes difficult for new people to work with Jira and we have to ask help from some people..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira acts as mediator for bugs between customer and Development team.Handling bugs is very easy with Jira..

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Jira keeps everything organized with clear boards and workflows. It makes tracking tasks and project progress simple. Boards and workflows make it easy to see what everyone is working on and what is moving next, keeping the whole project structure so nothing gets missed. Switching to Jira offered better structure, automation, and visibility for our team. The setup was fairly simple and did not take much time. Once we customized the boards and workflows, everything started running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Jira feels a bit slow and overly complex for simple tasks. It could be improved by making the interface lighter and easier to navigate.

I use Jira to manage tasks and track bugs, it helps our team stay aligned on priorities and see progress clearly. It organizes tasks and bugs efficiently and reduces miscommunication. Jira offers automation and visibility, making tracking tasks and projects simple.

tracking of project tasks, it's progress, team's working status, sprint planning, it provides all required features for project management, dashboard gives entire picture in graphical view

Team task distribution, task status and if any team member is stuck up on any task, it also helps in team collaboration so developer and testers can work seamlessly
