What do you like best about the product?
I like the free plan, which includes all the features and offers good customization options.
What do you dislike about the product?
little bit complex and difficult to learn all features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to manage tasks inmy small team of 5 users. we develope a small software and provide support for that.

Jira is quite helpful in issue management and tracking progress of the work

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and best fits the needs of a project management software. It's quite easy to create work items, User Story etc on Jira. Jira tickets maintains a history of work done as part of an issue or work item.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things I dislike about JIRA. The only dislike may be subscription cost, which might be on a higher side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira shows all the updates to an issue with dates mentioned alongside. Jira provides a User Interface, which is easy to use and workflow for bug creation is super easy to understand. Jira ticket has a lot many fields like End Date, Story points, Stack rank which covers almost all the attributes of a User Story or a bug. Jira integrates well with softwares like GitHub, which makes it quite easy to update the work item with pull request information and the issue related activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is so versatile. I used to think that it can be used to track code effort, bugs or errors. But it can basically be used to track any kind of effort and assign responsibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it's so versatile, the responsibilities can be a little vague sometimes, especially if the reporter doesn't document well. Another problem I've faced with Jira is that of duplication and redundant assignments. Two tickets detailing the same responsibilities. Closing out the ticket involves multiple steps so it can add to the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effort tracking and assignment of responsibilities

What do you like best about the product?
keeping tracks of tickets in bot scrum and kanban
Our business and engineering team both use this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Latest UI enhancement are not good its too much like using fancy tool.

It's scrum feature helps to keep track of using oit to deliver things faster setting prioritising. Kanban helps to save th businees details

What do you like best about the product?
Jira's powerful customization options make it ideal for agile project management. I especially like how easy it is to track tasks, sprints, and team progress in real time.
the feature to log time and provide estimates make it easier of us to manage the amount of time taken vs the amount of time required as well which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users, and some advanced features require a steep learning curve, for managers it is easy , should be for devs as well

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable and powerful Jira is for managing sprints, tracking progress, and visualizing workflows. It integrates well with other tools we use.
