1. Customizable workflow. One can customize their work into tasks, bugs, insights, etc.

Sprint Tracking Made Simple: A Jira Guide
What do you like best about the product?
The tracking of active sprint , the velocity chart, time logged for the tickit to resolve issue and all the issues can be resolved timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Worklog if i add anything its not visible in all comments section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To manage my assigned ticket and completing the sprints on time and keep up with project timeline.

First time it seems complicated but once you are use to it, It is the best tool for tracking of tasks.

Assigning tasks to individuals, checking the progress of work, keeping track if the work is made easy by Jira.

Easy to organize stuff. Looks clean. Works well and does not freeze.

Its a bit confusing for non tech savvy people and it is more expensive, in comparison to others.

What do you like best about the product?
One of Jira's most valuable features is its ability to provide both a comprehensive overview and detailed insights into projects. This functionality allows users to assess the status of ongoing developments effectively. Moreover, team members can collaborate asynchronously in the comments section of specific tickets, which saves a significant amount of time.
Once you familiarize yourself with Jira, you'll find it is very easy to use in day-to-day operations.
Additionally, its seamless integration with other tools, such as Bitbucket, is very convenient, along with the simplicity of the initial setup.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the timeline view (Roadmap) can be difficult for those unfamiliar with Jira, and hard to follow up for people not used to working with Jira.

At Designli, Jira addresses all project and product management needs by tracking developments, planning sprints, and coordinating features or ideas for refinement with both the client and the team.

I currently use Jira with 10 agile teams, and it has proven invaluable in managing complex cross-team coordination, sprint planning, and tracking progress at both team and program levels

one limitation we’ve encountered is the restricted functionality of Jira's free built-in charts and reports.

What do you like best about the product?
How well it organizes tasks across different teams and people. It makes assigning tasks and tracking them so straightforward. Plus, the interface strikes the perfect balance—not overly fancy but not too minimalist either. It’s just right for staying on top of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it can get pretty slow at times, especially on desktop. Plus, the app has more bugs than I’d like, which can be frustrating when I need to check things on the go.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Jira charts for tracking sprints. They provide a clear view of how many stories are completed and help determine whether a sprint is on track or not. There are multiple charts available that show the progress and how the stories are completed and easy to understand and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it's hard to find completed stories—especially if I completed a story in Sprint 1 and I'm currently in Sprint 10, and I don't remember the story number.
