slack integration : automatically creates a slack channel for the team to discuss rca, and the solutioning, retrospective regarding the incident.

the bot gets access to your workspace history
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as soon as an incident is reported it automatically adds all the relevant people in the channel and sets up a context for them to debug the issue.
incident resolution time has reduced because of it since it has improved developer efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Inquisitive and easy to use. Slack makes it very easy.

Nothing as such. Things were working fine most of the time.

Incident creation and managing the incidents.

User experience, the way it is able to organise that much incidents with such an ease

sometimes it doesn't allow to close incidents from integrated platforms such as slack etc.

It helps in resolving incidents related to home loans and helps in reduction of TAT by faster resolution of the incidents

Better help in filtering out and dealing with incidents through the following:
1. Show incident severity against group name in slack
2. Personalised summary of all pending incidents vs severity shown when needed

- Easy Team division of incidents via types.
- Easy Taging and rule engine on top of that.
- RCA as a built-in tool.

- Teams & Types is a bit confusing, should be teams IMO.

Great integration with slack with reminders about tasks each role has to perform

SLO/SLA management tools could be a bit better. We are using other solutions for this to overcome some security limitations.

Helping create a better incident management culture by making the whole process easier and more fluid.
