What do you like best about the product?
In my case, the most effective feature of the GoAnywhere MFT is that it handles file transfers between systems in a secure and systematized manner. Its implementation was not very difficult, and I frequently use it, and therefore, my usage rate is high. There are many features, such as file handling features that are encrypted, automated tasks as well as workflow checks that make sure that sensitive data is never compromised. It has reduced the errors of manuals and this has relieved time to complete other valuable jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The negative aspect of the GoAnywhere MFT is that some workflows on automated transfer are not always intuitive initially. These limits are felt even with a strong number of features with a high frequency of usage. Customer support is attentive, yet answering more complex setups may require longer than anticipated, whereby sometimes the team may need to alter tasks manually, so that transfers can be done successfully and error-free.

GoAnywhere MFT resolved the problem of having to manually manage the transfer of sensitive files. I have it often so the frequency of use is high since I find it easy to implement. Reliability and security are guaranteed by the number of functions, such as automated approvals, encryption, and scheduled transfers. It has simplified procedures, minimized the number of errors and has enabled the team to concentrate on the more important work rather than spending time constantly checking and transferring files by hand.

The user interface can feel a bit dated and sometimes it takes too many clicks to find what I need. Some of the more advanced settings also have a learning curve, so it's not always obvious how to set things up the first time. The initial setup was manageable, but not exactly 'plug and play'. Once we started configuring more complex workflows and connections, the learning curve showed up.

Role-based access control, audit logs, and encryption options also help us maintain compliance easily. The dashboard makes monitoring and managing transfers very straightforward.

Sometimes the UI feels slightly slow when loading detailed logs, especially for larger workflows. Also, initial setup and configuration require some learning. Apart from that, the tool works very well for day-to-day operations.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find the account lockout feature without any prior warning frustrating. When an account gets locked due to incorrect password attempts on the admin console, it doesn't provide a warning indicating the number of attempts remaining before a lockout occurs. Additionally, even after the account is locked, the system does not inform me that the account has been locked out. This lack of communication can lead to confusion and delays in accessing the system.
