The Short End of the Stick
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Quickbase is the ability to aggregate information into large sets. It is easy to build large sets of data and information and form complex work processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful things about Quickbase revolve around the complexity of operation. It is very difficult to program complex items though it is possible to program very complex processes. Once these are set changing any of it is extremely difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it solved was to have a wide variety of processes in one place. That has now become a problem in itself. There is so much material in one place that it is difficult to for users to navigate it. The programming staff is also hard pressed to apply new logic to the current arrangements without having to start from scratch.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is a quick way to create a data-driven workflow and has all the components you need to keep everyone in the loop with your progress. You can get an app up and running in one session.

What do you dislike about the product?
Once you connect a data source, it's hard to make changes to the source without starting over. The good news it, you can get creative in your solutions to accomplish tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is a Line of Business application that allows us to push work to users rather than having them constantly checking different systems to see if it is their turn to do something.
Quickbase seems to be multi-faceted, flexible, open source and collaborative.

Great for quick organization and teamwork

The interface isn't the most user-friendly and intuitive for navigation. Feels outdated as well

keeping track of timesheets, project flow, PO details, teamwide availability/PTO plans

What do you like best about the product?
Most of the hyperlinks take you to the previous page; if you lost a tab, rest assured that you'll get back to it.
A hyperlink can take you to the work order, and from the work order, you can access the PO and documents.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't export some reports to Excel. Most of the time, we need to add comments or have a breakdown of certain things, and not having it on your computer makes you write down when it is not needed in 2022
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With it new look I can filter which is way better, when checking customer complaints I can write down the complaint # without going all the way to bottom to get it.

What do you like best about the product?
It is agile, intuitive, and very visual. The loading times are fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite difficult to customize. It requires a dedicated person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It should be easier to edit each item on each page so that each team customizes their space.
Quickbase has to tools I need to work efficiently in today's face paced environment

Highly customizable & responsive, I haven't had any issues working with Quickbase so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't had any issues with Quickbase thus far, everything works as it should.

Quickbase gathers & organizes our analytics in a neat & desirable fashion.

You can easily find your data there.

Easy to use and was simple. Did not over complicate things for a WO system. We can do everything online and do not have worry about paperwork for anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an offline portion as sometimes we are not able to get access due to service. It would be nice to complete your WO and move on and let it update afterwards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of WO system. It is the simplest WO system to use. Easy to update new assests as well. Quick and easy.
