fun and easy to use for beginners

its easy to navigate within multiple apps

some functions do not cross over into apps easily

It's pretty easy to use.

Ease of use. It keeps my tasks in order and helps me stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Filters and search so I can find what I need quickly. Being able to search by name, phone number, device name, device number, and other criteria is a feature I use constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how applying a filter to a database can affect multiple users when you want to save the filter. For example when looking for IT equipment I want to excluded shop equipment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easer to store and find my data. We are using it for inventory purposes and it is great to find devices we have stored and keeping up with who has what.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to generate information pulled from a filtered search of data to keep available for team during installations. The program hasn't had any inconvenient downtime so it's not prevented work.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the data entry blocks compressed into a scrollbar verses the ability to change a page or tab.

Providing Real time information/data to headquarters allowing multi sites to be monitored and deployed remote.

It is very user-friendly, and it is stepped By. Step can't go wrong with it

The system is exemplary. There is nothing to dislike about it.

It allows for documenting members' information accurately.
Easy to navigate, multiple functionalities

The ability to upload from excel spreadsheets

Sometimes I find it difficult to filter out exactly what I need for reports

Reconciling financial reports, comparing car rentals to invoices

I like the ease of use in a world that can be difficult to find similarities in use when uploading you their database.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not fond of the need for "administrator unlock" in order to use their database to sign in for a retail application submission for third party representation, if you will.

Easy to use! I like the apps being in one place and the reports being easy to pull!

sometimes it can be hard to find stuff and the search doesn't always work
