Helpful for office
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access. Communicating task, and scheduling future events / task all in one app / place is very convient.
What do you dislike about the product?
My current employer is allowed to created multiple apps.

Scheduling conflicts.

It is user-friendly and very reasonably priced.
Workflow is easily defined. Far easier to generate reports and invoices and its also relatively easy to send the reports to customers directly from the interface itself.

What do you dislike about the product?
It consumes a lot of memory during the loading process and its Mobile app is not as user-friendly as it should be because of the reasons mentioned regarding optimum memory utilization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pretty much with Automationg different processes involved in the day to day business operations, majorly Sales and accounting whereby we can generate the reports on the go and can see different pie charts
very easy to work on, straight forward, overall a great system for management

timing and sheduling is very useful and helpful.

I do not have a dislike of quickbase at the moment.

Quickbase is benefical for several reasons far as knowing where you going keeping up with all task, notes and pictures of projects. Quickbaseis more of the easier and relaxing apps for day to day use for project management
I use Quickbase weekly to make sure my employees get their compensation.

It is easy to move through each screen and find different entries.

It was not easy to find training when I first started

The tasking Tracking is helpful. Seeing how things connect helps investigate the bigger picture of a project.

it's overwhelming to pick up and learn at first and with experience it can be hard to use.

it allows me to connect pieces of the project to the boarder picture.
works well when all is actually working, however often times things do not populate in the system.

It allows dropdown menus to quickly find client accounts. It sends confirmation emails with the request and with the trade.

I wish I could copy another advisor on the trade request and complete confirmations.

Having prepopulated choices makes the trade requests go faster.

It provides me with an easy glimpse of accomplishments for the month to record metrics.
Very easy to maneuver, and add updates

At times have to hide columns as entire page is not easily seen.

Easy able to share with multiple people, able to assign who can update certain accounts. Coming from a spreadsheet system. this is so much better
