Excellent experience with Quickbase
What do you like best about the product?
I have found QuickBase to be a very flexible and platform for our business. The users and support provided directly by QuickBase has allowed for rapid development from a new user to an advanced user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that Quickbase is not made to handle super large data sets.
The software is a bit limited for the users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, we have all the information on QuickBase, so I use it solve patients iquiries and I use it when I forgot any information about a procedure my company perform

It makes work easier. Very organized! To the point!

Remembering the password can be a problem.

I like how simple it is to find everything needed for clients.

Sometimes it autogenerates tasks that are not needed

it helps us to find old problems and solutions to them. Keeps everything in one place easy for us to find. I love how QB allows us to keep track of all communication.
I honestly like qb and its functuality of things.

how easy it is to search for clients information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was perfect already, but i know depending on your job functions things always have to improve. weather buttons or tabs need to be added etc.

It is easy access, to assist our clients with their information and steps that they may need to know during their process.
It is a very nice building block

I like that it can be manipulated to my company's needs. It has proven helpful in workflow management and record keeping in ways this company didn't have before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the platform doesn't allow for the most intuitive UI's, which forces us to use workarounds that may not be as great as the straight forward path. Also, two words: DARK MODE

It is a very nice building block for creating workflow systems and project tracking. It allows my company to move projects through the different departments and monitor their status with ease

Very easy to use, everything is a eye level

Separate the views of the time sheets to avoid accidentally updating the wrong timesheet

Sometimes I need to be able to find client by phone number and I am not able to.

Merger two systems together to be able to keep notes for productivity.

Our company's daily activities are entered in Quickbase, so this is our central database to take any critical actions in our company.
Each tab makes it easy to find the information you are looking for

Learning how to find everything you need when you first start can be overwhelming

What do you like best about the product?
The GUI and online integration. No coding is required. Effortless transition Coming from Microsoft Access. There are many built-in functions for table viewing and field properties, and the customizable home page is my favorite feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
One functionality that I sorely miss from Microsoft Access is being able to create a graphically customized report. I generate a lot of reports daily for viewing by officials, and keeping the graphical format as previously used is essential. Addons require additional costs. If all I needed to do were code my addon for myself, I would; however, I cannot find the resources to do it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a central dataset that is controllable by a select few but viewable by many. Reduces the work load of printing bulletins or sending bulletins via email.
