Excellent database for a wide variety of inputs
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clean and intuitive. Very easy for a new user to get familiar and be productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like the ability to change the display of field boxes within entries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase tracks all of our projects and ensure that we are recording and billing for work performed.
User-friendly way to aggregate data
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple users on our team can upload their reports into QuickBase using a template, allowing us to get an overall view on the team's performance. It's easy to use for those uploading data, and makes it easy for leadership to see a quick dashboard view of utilization.
What do you dislike about the product?
No negative feedback to share at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Template upload from multiple users, aggregating data across a larger team. Prevents having to manually combine data reports to get leadership summary.

A great product that can be a bit intimidating
What do you like best about the product?
It's mostly very reliable, quick to update, and being able to build cutom reports saves us a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scope of the tool leads to an intimidating amount of complexity when building anything new. The way QB structures data is completely different from another other tool I use, so it's really challenging to wrap my head around how things need to be arranged to make useful end products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us coordinate work across our time, tracking time and progress, and then use the data to generate reports on productivity and for billing purposes. It's a great all-purpose tool.
Quickbase has allowed us to expand our client base 10-fold without adding new staff.
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility is the best feature, I think. I can import data from multiple sources and tie it all together with relationships and formulas. It's the easiest way to visualize information quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is probably the biggest dislike. It is cost prohibitive for many companies but at least you get what you pay for. Some of the pricing models are somewhat inflexible as well, though that's been addressed a little recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows us to manage our customers and access their data from anywhere. We're able to manage our workflows and share information amongst team members quickly and in real time.

Documentation and file searching makes it easy to manage files

Complexity of new layout built more on the apps visual appearance

Documentation is my main use in Quickbase. This program allows me to keep track of deadlines and reference employee tracking

SO good, user friendly for basics, advanced features are there but get understandably dense.
What do you like best about the product?
My team made our own platform for project, maintenance, and performance tracking. It has everything we could ask for and more. With a little help from IT we have automatic APIs pulling in production data as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really quickbase's fault, but the more I add the more complicated it gets. Sometimes it is not the best or most customizable at first glance, but usually there are backdoors to get the look you want, but it may involve some light code.
Unsure how it scales, sometimes it is slow to load, but we have a loooot going on in the background now which may have something to do with it.

letting us track all details on our projects, maintenance cases, dispatches, performance, and a whole plethora of related things. Pulls in information from various sources automatically, exports data to powerBI reports, integrates with 3rd party tools, even pulls data from Dynamics...

Quickbase has allowed for our team to better streamline a number of processes so that we're more efficient and productive in supporting our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found there to be a downside or any detratcors to be honest.

Supports our team in being increasingly efficient and better able to manage a number of account management related tasks.
