What do you like best about the product?
THE MOST HELPFUL THAT I LIKE IN QB IS THE CRM OR TRACKER BECAUSE ITS SO EASY TO USE!!!!!! I REALLY LIKE THE LOGGED IN SECTION. QB IS THE BEST THAT I HAD!!!!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
LOADING TIME WHEN LOGGING IN BUT ITS STILL WORKING PERFECTLY. WE JUST NEED TO WORK ON LOADING TIME. MAKE IT A REAL TIME TRACKE. I WANT TO SEE THE IMPROVEMENTS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

I DONT SEE A PROBLEM THAT MUCH. IT IS JUST THE LOADING TIME OF THE WEBSITE. QB IS VERY HELPFUL. YES BECAUSE IT IS SO EASY TO USE. OUR TEAM PRODUCTIVY HAS INCREASED

What do you like best about the product?
I liked everything about ista and the quick base and the boss his the best boss I ever had. His always checks the quick base to see if everyone is using it properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like if I can access the quick base because there's a tendency that we might be late or over break. So we need to refresh from time to time to avoid being tag as late.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High-speed connection I can't log in and out quickly but good thing there's a part that you need to create a ticket case so the management can review your log ins and they will correct it.
The Efficiency of Quickbase to individuals and company
What do you like best about the product?
Ensuring our log-ins are always correct and we are on the right time. Also, the qualities i love the most using this platform is that we can constantly monitor our log ins and other work related things. Using this application alows us to be more productive in terms on doing work related stuff and it make our work more easier than before. This applications also allows us to use as our work tracker it make sure our work is well documented and stored properly. This platform allows me as a user to communicate to my superior or boss when filing my leaves and other work related stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most is the down time of quickbase. When we are trying to log out from our shift it takes at least 10-15mins waiting time. For improvement extend the limit of users that can use quickbase any time. For quickbase to be more effecient to other users, make sure to give enough limit for users that can use the application to avoid any down times. This method will allow quickbase to be more effecient and helpful to other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we are trying to file a leave we always use this platform. The benefits i realized is that we can ensure our logins are well documented. And the business performance has increased. We also improve on tasks performance using this application. It provides all work related files are properly stored and ready for review when needed. Also, this platform allows us to solve work related problems such as documentation, information and other work related it enable us to view records that can help us solve our problems.
Awesome Platform
What do you like best about the product?
They are awesome and very helpful. There are a lot of features that you can use and see. Even if it is a new user or an old people they can easily navigate the platform and application. Kudos!
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, I cannot think of anything right now since it is one of the best apps I ever use. Though sometimes, it is lagging but I think that maybe it's because of the internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to adapt in the new generation, like features and innovations that is obviously seen by users. Quickbase really helps to make process more efficient and easier.
Client and Appointment Management System
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to run custom reports to be able to effectively manage multiple sites across the agency.
What do you dislike about the product?
When grid editing appointments, it only allows me to edit a few lines at a time, I would like to be able to edit more lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Quickbase to manage our clients appointments. We just updated our system to be more client focused than appointment focused, so the hope is that the new system will be an effective tool in being able to track clients over time.
Great tool and ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
reporting feature and tracking are the best option. The tool has minimized our reporting efforts and having to manually input data for tracking. This greatly reduces our workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes or complaints at this time. I think this tool is a wonderful resource and a great use of time/workload managment. This tool has been a wonderful asset to our team.

I appreciate the ability to run highly specific reports choosing the most relevant data and variables.

The distinction between tables and lists is not easy to the untrained eye.

The ability to run reports and create user-specific documents using the data and parameters I have determined.
Public Health Quickbase Review
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is the event/client scheduling program. We have a public link where clients can request our services and it is very useful. This allows us to have a detailed event request so we can successfully do pop-up clinics for vaccinations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not believe that there is anything that I see where improvement is needed. For the basic use that we have quickbase for, there has not been any issues for our scheduling purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to schedule pop-up clinics and get detailed information from the client on what vaccination services are requested, venue info, how many patients we should expect, etc. Having this in a single program is beneficial to us so we can plan better.
QuickBase Overall Review
What do you like best about the product?
What I personally like best about the program is how flexible and customizable the system is. You are able to tailor so many features to your own liking that it creates a unique experience for the user. My company relies heavily on the services offered by this system and the amazing support staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a very hard question to answer. I don't have anything I dislike about the system itself. Any time I have an issue, the support staff is more than happy to help and is always very friendly and ensures a resolution is found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Quickbase resolves for out company is being adaptable. It is very important to have a tool that can constantly be updated. Changes are easy to make and easy to implement. It truly is a unique system that is a one size fits all.

Should take you to next date automatically so that orders are not doubled up
