Slow start but provides a lot of customization.
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of customization QuickBase gives you really allows users to build the exact database they need.

There is a big learning curve needed to complete any type of customized table-to-table relationship.

Quickbase allows us to track our staff in a unique way based on assignments and retain historical data for each event.

Quickbase cathches accurate time upon login. Accurate at saving details and work notes so we can locate what we need when needed. Recommended to use anytime....

There are some minimal glitches upon using the app, the good thing is they could be fixed easily. Quickbase is an app that is recommended to new users..........

Quickbase helps us save a lot of time. We can save notes and keep all the information in one place. It was super easy to use, like me, who always lose my notes. A useful app for newbies and starting businesses.

I love using Quick based because it is reliable and convenient to use, especially when you are filing a leave here, it was straightforward. Very easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike this because every option it has is so helpful. I will recommend this to other companies. I want to thank the creator of this system it was great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I filed my paternity leave, it was easy to point here, and you'll see immediately if your file is approved or not, it was a good system that can help a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
The best I like about Quickbase is that it is accessible to Log in and easy to understand the logins time to enter. Easy to create Request Leave. Easy to read all the coaching logs.
What do you dislike about the product?
On seeing your logins, other dates of that month are not yet totally accessible. If you wanted to backdate other dates of your login, you could not see it anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like if you want to coach your team about their performance, you have an option to QuickBase to communicate about that matter. Easier to acknowledge things. Easy to request disputes.
User friendly and very easy to use.

The interface of the quick base is easy to use. The functions are easy to locate. Overall using it is like a walk in park.

I find hard that some icon on the interface is quite small.

When getting the data needed for report, It is very easy.

I like that it allows you to create and personalize the system the way you need it to work, and you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out how to do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, the biggest downside is that the support related to it isn't the greatest all the time. I understand I'm not the only user, but I wish the support would respond faster than they do.

Quickbase allows us to track the clients we service in a way that follows their year-to-year data. We've switched from doing things a different way, making it easier to handle our clients now.
