From Quick to Slow

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is suitable for tracking anything work-related. Tracking employees logins, leave credits, coaching logs, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate using Quickbase during peak hours, start and end of shifts. Logging out from it is a real hassle since the domain is slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track our coaching logs, training, and incident reports in Quickbase. It benefits that we can check our goal for each topic using the system.

Quickbase makes every business process more efficient and transparent

What do you like best about the product?
Designing workflows is very easy and there are a multitude of tools available for a non-tech person to use. Forms are easy to use and allow users to implement business logic to make form elements contextual, like hiding or showing relevant data by user role, or showing followup questions based on responses to prior questions. Email notifications, reminders and subscription reports keep everyone in the loop and prompt action. Reports are easy to configure, including creating report-specific fields and formulas.

For users that are a little more comfortable with low code functions, formulas and pipelines can transform data and automate processes easily. Creating new records, editing existing data, and connecting to third party apps is quick and there are many tutorials provided by Quickbase as well as a very active and helpful community of users that share solutuions and answer questions.

Quickbase also provides a robust API that allows customized connections with third party apps and additional powerful automation capabilities.

For users with some coding knowledge, code pages can be called to execute scripts and extend functionality even further.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar functionality is basic and could be improved; there are timeline reports and Quickbase offers a Gantt plug-in, but its clunky and exporting Gantt charts is only available as csv which limits its usefulness overall.

Map report functionality is very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our government business we use Quickbase to create workflows, automations and integrations that simplify the process of managing federal and state-funded projects. We ensure compliance with regulations by, for instance, importing third party data sets to check applicant income against annual limits and automatically scheduling required annual or quarterly reports and inspections.
We use Quickbase in our non-government activities to evaluate all aspects of our business , either by analyzing data from internal workflows or by importing data from systems that are used by some departments and then analyzing it. This includes things like turn times and aging for major tasks, summarizing sources of revenue by client, geographic location and service type, and using existing data to project revenue and workloads.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, and all the necessary information can be easily found, especially when it comes to attendance needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I disliked was every time I am going to click the end shift of daily attendance; it always took time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage to handle a large volume of users. Because every time that I click the end shift, it always takes time.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is an easy software tool that will guide you with problem-solving methods that can be connected to all your business solutions in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quickbase will be easier if you use specific keywords to find your solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can put all my data in one place, work together in one centralized area and solve my issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The application is friendly user and very easy to navigate. It helps us on log in and log out, track our daily game plan, end of shift report, coaching sessions, leave request, and etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs a lot of improvement because the application has a small capacity to carry a large amount of users causing it to load slowly. We cannot logs out on time, and it will always take us 10 to 20 mins to load it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase solves the daily log in and out of every agents. The managers also can easily track their daily gameplans, coaching sessions, leaves, create a ticket , and end of shift reports in one application only.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me easily monitor my team's performance. It centralizes all the data in just a few clicks. It helps me have an easier time making reports. This app gives me endless possibilities when making or adding new processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a lot of unnecessary and redundant tabs. This is also why it takes a lot of time to load and encounters many errors, especially when a lot of users are using it all at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase made a new tab where all employees can easily access Timeclock buttons.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to use and user friendly easy to log coachings and reports
What do you dislike about the product?
When a lot of people is using the tool it is being useless. And you need to refresh qb every time you clock in or out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was easier for me to file a ticker whenever i needed to report something

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate hours in and time out. All necessary needed are visible on the home page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too slow when it comes to logging out. Delayed response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that they need to solve the delaye of logging out into Quick Base to avoid frustration.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can be access almost anywhere. The software is very light and uses small amounts of data to load. User friendly and can be easily navigate even for first time users.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I hate about quickbase is that it tends to be very unreliable especially when being use by multiple users all at the same time because the loading speed is unacceptable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As of now there is more problems being created than solving, I like the way they tend to innovate the software how ever they should be focusing more on the processing speed of the app rather than adding more functions and features that will add up with the current problem. For now I can't say any benefit I'm getting from it because instead of saving a lot of time, it is being wasted on waiting for it to load and see if your clocked in and out pushes through or not.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple tools in one, All the information are there. And you will be able to quickly navigate from all the tools you need especially when you are a supervisor.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user capacity is limited, especially when there are a lot of users that are using the Quickbase. It takes so much time to load and to navigate from each screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It focuses on resources that they can put in Quickbase for easy access of all the Users. It benefits us because we don't need to open another application becase everything is in Quickbase now.
