QuickBase is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
QuickBase is very robust and adaptable. They are making a lot of advancements and the future looks very bright. It enables me to build Apps to replace paper or Excel processes quickly. It collates the data and allows executives to be able to see live KPIs. I am able to change and adapt things to fit our business needs constantly. So, I can customize the software to meet business needs not force the company to change to meet the software requirements.
I tell everyone that I am going to take over the world with QuickBase. There are very few use cases that I don't think I will be able to develop a process on QuickBase to solve.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few bugs and it might be cost-prohibitive for some business use cases. I'm not too fond of some user interfaces, but QuickBase seems to be resolving those issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QuickBase enables me to quickly develop business processes to solve problems. It allows me to deploy changes into production and allow our users to only refresh their webpage.

Ease of use for end users and developers. The ability to easily streamline and standarize workflows.

500mg table size limit is just not enough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase has been instrumental in our company growth and initiative to standardize workflows and rid the company of Spreadsheets. Productivity is much improved!
QuickBase has been a good way to keep data organized online.
What do you like best about the product?
QuickBase is nice to use because it allows for minimal coding with easily displaying data for the workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
QuickBase can have bug or glitches and the support team will sometimes take too long to get feedback if feedback is given at all. This can cause major frustration and dissapointment to the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently QuicikBase is updating forms and pushing this to mobile apps.

What do you like best about the product?
Like many other success stories, our data was stuck in thousands of spreadsheets. Creating summary reports for executives would take ages. Now, data is available for executives at a click of a button. Quickbase has drastically changed the way we operate internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our users would like to see a nicer-looking mobile app for Quickbase, as the current one is almost unusable. Additionally, we would like to see a nicer GUI since our other departments still prefer the look of Salesforce over Quickbase on the report visualization front.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase has given us the ability ditch the thousands of excel spreadsheets that would take ages to summary to aggregating vast amounts of data in little to no time for our executives.

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy most about quickbase is quickbase university. You can find all topics related when creating you app at all times. You can rewatch videos that would help you create a better app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really enjoy quickbase university and their live trainings. I dislike that they are removing future live trainings. I believe they really help your knowledge to enhance your app. Also not all the trainings had a step by step guide; they are very helpful for a non IT tech person as myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase provided us with a Technical consultant, he has help us enhance our app for best use. It has been very helpful and we are very proud of what our app has become with the help of quickbase.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase has saved my company so much time and money by tracking client requests, needs, and data that we were previously missing, allowing us to see where we're falling short and where we're excelling.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's just so much to it! I'm still learning how best to automate processes and get more out of it, but I know the opportunities are there! I'm also still learning how to make my apps work the way I need them to, but again, it's all there waiting for me to unlock.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we were losing a lot of data, such as low long our projects take to complete, what needs our clients have that aren't being met, things like that. But now we're gathering so much data, it's exciting to find out what more we can be doing.

What do you like best about the product?
By observation and interaction, Quickbase seems to want to connect with their customers more and help them use the product better. Thus, the reason for the annual Empower event, and Qrew groups, and Customer Success people. This is meaningful and encouraging to the customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, we have not encountered any other international companies or organizations yet, like ours that use QB. Thus, there are some aspects, like features or product development, that are not fully understood for utilizing such a tool globally with various cultures.
To be honest, there are some irritating technical and practical details that seem primitive and unfriendly. But hopefully those can be opportunities for improvement.
The constant rotation of the sales account reps is frustrating. It does not help make the reputations of those people any better, nor is there much overlap with maintaining relationship - like the CS or Qrew groups.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
International reporting for at least four continents and sub-regions. Our HQ office receives detailed info on a weekly basis. The more frequent and detailed info is, the easier it is for my job of analyzing and sharing observations with my leadership. Managing data flow is an ongoing challenge.
Easy to Learn - Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to learn to build Quickbase apps which can be used to solve many business challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Quickbase - the things I dislike are so minor. I'd love to be able to apply the branding colors to charts by default (currently you can apply your branding automatically to the top of the screen, but have to do charts individually)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Quickbase to track project activities: training, coaching, meetings, and material development. It allows us to keep track of our activities across many distributed staff.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it's a low code environment and ramps up to learn use is rapid. Dashboards and verifying information through reports and user roles stream-lines our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing data into Quickbase and use of the pipelines or converting automation processes to pipelines is still difficult. Automating processes for verification also take time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing transparency and awareness of business processes and project status to everyone in the company. This increases production and improves communication between team members.
