The support staff has been great.
What do you like best about the product?
The streamlined information distribution and client connectivity is great. We work with a remote staff so connecting 100 staff with ever-changing information can be challenging. With the database we have setup in QuickBase it makes distribution and updating a breeze. With our clients processing applicants (We have an HR recruiting company), communicating updates back to our recruiters is seamless. We have increased the speed of hiring and increased profits because of this.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of clicking. Sometimes I refer to it as Clickbase since it takes so many clicks to accomplish a task. If you are not a developer it can be very overwhelming. I am lucky to have a great support person at QuickBase walking us though everything. It is a lenghtly process but I see the light.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is easy to use and develop online database applications rather quickly. It has powerful features and is constantly Improving. There is a huge ecosystem around Quickbase with third party solutions and plug ins that are very useful and economic to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Developing a custom UI based application is pretty difficult. For example, if you want to capture a signature from a mobile device where users sign with their fingers or a stylus, it is not possible because they haven't considered that as a possibility. But this is a very specific use case, so I am not too worried about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been developing and deploying Quickbase applications since 2008. I have solved a myriad number of business use cases and types, ranging from Case Management, Incident Response, Personnel performance tracking, Payroll and time tracking, Agile Methodology of Project Management tools and several more.
Very helpful with organizing and creating reports

UI is very easy to use and understand.
Has a variety of features that helps pulling important reports easily.

Getting to the table/ report settings is a litte cubersome

It is helping us keep our data organized and refer back to it when needed

Sometimes while creating reports the relationships on how items are pulled can confuse you.

Not having a lot of issues at the moment
Highly Customizable/Great Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we've been able to customize the Quickbase platform to meet our unique company needs and that their team has been available to help us for the more complicated customizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience can be a bit cumbersome at times, it's not always easy to jump around from one table to the next and it can feel like your clicking around a lot to get to the information you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Qiuckbase we didn't have a comprehensive database for all of our client information and were managing sales, contracts, project managment, etc in different tools or spreadsheets. Quickbase has allowed us to store all of that information in one platform and allows all users access to historic client data.
The customizability of Quickbase has been instrumental for my company's growth.
What do you like best about the product?
The customizability for sure. We've been able to customize the platform to meet the unique needs of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues with pages loading slowly and the search function can be a bit slow as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is excellent for inventory management. In this case for cataloging artwork. We also use it for managing our job schedule, and organizing payroll.
Quickbase is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is easy to use and the forms are really easy to fill out. I have never had any issued accessing Quickbase or had a need to contact customer support. I use Quickbase daily, multiple times a day and it's always a quick process to fill out a form and submit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Quickbase is that when I click on an entry field, previous entries would pop up and sometimes I would accidentally click one. This is especially troublesome when it happens after I have already entered the information and then I would have to delete the incorrect information that I accidentally clicked on. It would be good if that would not happen and I can enter the information in the forms a little more quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of the forms that I need access to, are readily available in one application.
Super versatile and flexible database!
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting capabilities are extremely helpful, allowing for collective / impactful data to be aggregated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I somewhat dislike the new navigation pane on the left, when I have my mouse curser near that area of the screen - the navigation panel comes out, and then I erroneously click as I am not expecting the panel to expand - and before I know it I'm no longer in the area of Quickbase I wanted to be in. While I can pin the navigation pane, it then takes up more room on my screen. It's not a huge deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quantifying families and the support services they receive through family resource centers across the state; this allows for aggregate statewide data around the support of families.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, lots of functions that allow us to track all our data. Customer support is easy to reach and helpful. I use it daily at work and rarely encounter issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a bit easier to add new fields, for even a rookie, non-IT user to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizes all our projects in one place, easy to find data for all our projects and see where they stand.
Old quickbase great!! New quickbase SUCKS!
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the old quickbase. Easy to use. Was able to input everything with no problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new quickbase is not very user friendly. I do not like all the tabs on the side. You aren't able to easily filter results. My and my boss had some troubles trying to filter some results last week. We eventually gave up and did it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep all our checks in the kitchen, as well as packaging in one place. Multiple people are able to use it.
