Excellent UI!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Quickbase UI is really awesome and helps bridge the gap between a logical idea and a complex software solution without the need of an experienced software developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
QuickBase's reporting could use some work. I would like to see its ability to handle large data sets and complex queries improved. In some cases, I have to export to other reporting software to handle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ive created a application to house our Maintenance book of Business. All maintenance clients, contracts, services, budgets, are housed in our QB application for various teams to access and make decsisions off of.
Quickbase has been wonderful!

Quick and easy to use. The community is great resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been hard to specify what changes need to be published. Need the ability to version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Quickbase to manage workflows across multiple users and processes. We've eliminated multiple emails back and forth.
Using QuickBase to track software support issues
What do you like best about the product?
Building reports and gathering necessary analytics is simple and straightforward, whether building a dashboard or looking for a quick ad hoc report.
What do you dislike about the product?
While dashboards allow more flexibility in the layout of included reports, the size of the dashboard is still limiting for the types of reports I am wanting to see on the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows me to create an application for our level 2 support team to quickly and efficiently identify and track reported issues and other work while gathering all necessary information. It also meets the needs for performing analysis and reporting about the issues and work performed by the team.
Great tool for reiterative development
What do you like best about the product?
Despite being a newcomer to Quickbase, I am amazed by the immense power it possesses, particularly with its No-Coding interface. It allows me to achieve complex data integration and task management that I couldn't even comprehend using this software. After attending Empower 2023, I discovered the intriguing flexibility of the New Forms feature. I am so excited about the prospect of creating visually appealing interfaces that our users will genuinely enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sluggish performance and capacity issues are quite disappointing, considering the supposed robustness of Quickbase. It falls short of expectations in terms of performance, considering the high-performance capabilities that Quickbase should ideally possess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines the workflow process and facilitates effective project management at different levels across different departments within our organization's ecosystem. It simplifies data capturing and accessing, reporting, integration, and notifications. We have been able to use a lot of automation, using API calls and pipelines. To use a customizable dashboard making accessibility specific at different levels which is one of the great tools to have with Quickbase.

What do you like best about the product?
It's not necessary to be experienced as a coder to being using Quickbase.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the trainings and Exchange had more applications that are useful for non-profits and not just businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me manage data and provide useful reports that are very customizable.
Powerful Product - Constant Innovations
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase brings new products regularly. Some products you don't even know you need until you see what Quickbase has developed and designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has widespread usage. As its popularity and usage grows, it may become increasingly harder to accommodate new feature requests or bug fixes if it does not affect a large usage base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to implement changes and new solutions quickly. Benefits users with faster turn time.
Great way to move out of Excel
What do you like best about the product?
It has allowed me to make a spreadsheet obsolete that I needed to use to house data for multiple reports that would take 4+ hours to save. I also helps to make sure that I can level and have the reports run without me so I can take time off.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with navigation when I am building at times. I end up exiting two levels or more at once when I want to go just one level back unless I really think about how I get there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping replace some of the functions of spreadsheets and SharePoint by combining data collection and workflow processes. It allows us to have greater transparency and not have to rely solely on one person.
Taking Control of Our Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to update our apps ourselves almost in realtime. This has let us become independent from the constraints from large software providers or our own IT teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The requirement to save a record before certain functionality can operate properly is an area of frustration to end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to design apps that facilitate our workflows instead of having to confirm to the processes of big box solutions. We have been able to build custom apps to support various corporate initiatives without the cost of procuring and implementing a new solution.
I always find a solution using Quickbase
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Quickbase is a low code solution. And if I have any questions or need help I can always count on the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about quickbase.

Quickbase have taken us from using excel spreadsheet to communicate completions and project updates.
