Growing Together - Over a Decade of Support for our Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase's ease of use and simple navigation eventually led me to join our IT department to continue growing and managing our applications. The fantastic peer support has allowed me to find solutions and ideas to improve our apps to support our ever-growing programs. Quickbase also does a great job communicating updates, providing training, and engaging with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates to reports and forms have been a lengthy process. Some valuable features are still missing in the new versions. I wish reports and fields had more built-in audit trails to identify the original owner/creator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using QuickBase, we can manage and support thousands of members in our many programs. Our staff can efficiently monitor onboarding tasks, compliance requirements, and process changes using reports, dashboards, and notifications. As our programs grow, QuickBase is growing along with us.
A database made easy for non programmers
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is the tech support. They are knowledgable and quick to respond.
I like that it can be made simplistic if a person has no SQL in there vocabulary.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its hard to get all info into one report from multiple tables. Before years ago if I needed to add another user I could without to much problems now the prices have gone up so much per user and I need to almost rewrite the contract that we signed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase keeps all our customer data and how many times they have visited our business and how many times they have bought, what they bought, price, keeps track of our employees, equipment, vacations, passwords, inventory.
Quickbase Very useful, especially for visualizaions.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating reports and dashbboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations on table size. The use of pipelines could be more streamlined and documents. Also, integrating with ODBC connections is clunky and you need a third party tool. I would like to see this become native, so we don't have to purchase additional tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is useful in bringing in small data sets and using those for data analysis.

6. It has a robust Gantt chart with detailed analytics for projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if they implemented a better AI app builder. It doesn't capture my command correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a project manager, Quickbase gives me a bird's eye view of project progress. Its detailed insights share vital information to take relevant actions at the end of the day.
Also, using this platform we have been able to covert our Spreadsheet data into the app for better visualization and keep everyone in the loop.

We developed a end to end project management App to manage our entire lifecyle of work.

What do you like best about the product?
When I was new on QuickBase, it was a little complicated for me but when I spent some time on it.
It is easier to access everything, I like the features of QuickBase like pipelines and action things.
While the Implementation of something, action is very useful and because of the pipeline, it got very easy to integrate some other platforms as well.
When we got any issue or something we reached out to customer support or help center where we resolved our issue.
And not I am a frequent user of Quickbase

What do you dislike about the product?
When we have to update something in pipeline, it gets turned off.
While updating the live pipeline, it goes into draft mode instead of being turned off.
this will be very good for users.
New form. it takes time when we update some field on form and open any record

I like the new UI, where the table shows sideways.

What do you like best about the product?
QuickBase is a low code no code application which helps to make tasks which were earlier done manually be more efficiently and seamlessly handled via the tool and thus reduces man force
What do you dislike about the product?
Quickbase needs some integrations for issues that cannot be resolved with the tool alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase does not require hard core coding as most of the features are inbult and hence makes it easier to develop a fully functional application.

Since Quickbase is a low code platform its easy to use, create applications faster, Customize reports easily.

Recently facing lot of issues in Pipeline builder. Hope you guys are working on it.

Its reducing lot of Manual Effort for our customers. Data Management helps us alot.
Quickbase - The world is your oyster!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is so flexible that for the most part, if you can dream it you can build it. The new forms tool brings the platform visually into the "new age" so you don't feel like you're working in an antiquated program.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't have proper guidance from the beginning on how to properly structure your build, things can get layered up and messy pretty quickly. Build like you'll be a huge company one day and save yourself the trouble of having to rebuild later! The platform is so flexible that it can actually be a negative as well from the user standpoint - just becuase you can make changes on the fly doesnt mean you should, make sure changes are well thought through before implementing.
Gmail integration is fairly new, but it would be great for this feature to be more flushed out. Something that seems pretty standard in CRM platforms these days is the ability to tag emails to be saved to a specific record. This would be a great feature for Quickbase to implement at the platform level instead of needing a programmer to figure out how to make it work.

We use Quickbase to run practically the entire company. All of our assignments and invoicing are run through the processes we were able to build out.
