Love Quickbase! Excellent use of samples provided and enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Quickbase to create on the fly databases when ever I need them for my organization. It's easy and very little coding is required. I love the support I receive, as well and that I dont have to wait for a Developer to build anything for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
More dynamic rules allowed would be nice

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is integral to our business. It's scalable and flexible, and allows me to create apps to support all of our business processes. My favorite part is Pipelines, which allow me to connect to many other business applications and data. We use it every day, for multiple users in my organization and outside my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to do what I want it to do, and recent changes (for the better) have made me need to relearn how to do some actions. Customer support is always very helpful, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is allowing us to streamline and automate many business processes, to be more organized, and to maintain one set of data.

One good thing about Quickbase is its flexibility. Quickbase provides a low-code platform that allows users to create customized applications quickly and easily, without requiring extensive coding expertise. This flexibility means that users can adapt their applications and make changes to meet changing business needs and requirements. Quickbase can also integrate with other systems, enabling users to capture data from multiple sources and gain a more comprehensive view of their data. The flexibility of Quickbase can help organizations to improve their workflows, automate processes, and achieve greater efficiency and productivity. The thing I like best is that I eliminate the "gray work" - the sending of emails, making phone calls or texts about things that can be automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside to Quickbase is its cost. Quickbase is awesome, however, the cost of Quickbase can be a significant barrier for some organizations, especially smaller ones or those with limited budgets. The pricing model for Quickbase includes various subscription plans, and the cost increases with the number of users and the complexity of the applications. Additionally, the platform requires some level of technical expertise to set up and configure, which can add to the overall cost. Another potential downside to Quickbase is that some users may find the user interface to be overwhelming or not user-friendly, leading to a steeper learning curve. However, with proper training and support, users can learn to navigate the platform effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking, payroll, tool inventory, expense reports, and ordering. It benefits me by having all of these things in one centralized location. It makes finding the information I need very easy, and it is standard across the company. There are no more made-up documents that get sent in, everyone is using the same report that looks the same.

1)Pipelines sometimes work very slow .The features has to improve.

It is reducing the time required to create the website.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase can connect with most if not all the other apps my company uses. The dashboards are super customizable. Getting the whole company to migrate has been great with role based views.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that if a business needs more document space, they are capped for buying more space. Instead, you have to pay to use another level that your business may not be able to afford at current scale. It would be great if you got to own your own data as well.

The AI features seem to be improving some of the more complicated parts about coding.
Easy to use product for various project management needs
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is extremely easy to use! Less saavy users can build extremely functional applications quickly and easily, while expert builders can build almost anything they could possibly use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only thing I dont like about quickbase is the new style of the UI, the old one was more appealing to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Quickbase to manage worklists for staff with extremely high workloads. We also use Quickbase as our checkbook register, allowing our A/R posting and Finance departments to seemlessly communicate status of deposits with each other.
