What do you like best about the product?
Development platform enables me as a non-developer to build useful tools

Pretty much have to start from scratch. And the cost is very high.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that, whatever issue you think of, it can be designed in many ways in QuickBase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quckbase may be difficult for entry-level programmers when designing new pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase helps with work responsibility management and tracking necessary on a project-to-project basis.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Is a great tool for organinzing and tracking data in a collabortive team environment accross mutliple business partners.
2. Low code to No code App creation. Utilizing pre-defined templates and integrated AI to help in the creation of new forms.
3. Quick modifications can be made in a matter of minutes.
4. Automating processes and decreases manual work.
5. Numerous third party integrations.
6. Data is highly Secure with in Quickbase and Can be customized to the individual access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping up with all the new enhancements that are being realease monthly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidate data resouce and reporting

Excellent use but can be limited in features

What do you like best about the product?
very customizable, we use this for our every day platform. We used very detailed spreadsheets and the build out we have is perfect for us. We invested a lot of money but it works well. We wish it was however more easy to add things ourselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
- difficult to create applications on your own and often need developper help which can be quite costly. The platform is not super user friendly to use and build out on your own. Even using the templates is very tricky.

- developers significantly range on how they approach and build platforms so you cant really jump from one to another (I've had one deny me because they didnt like how the other built our platform)
- some features are limited and/or overly complicated to use and build (such as searching function)
- cost for the platform SIGNIFICANTLY increases year over year
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have all of our staff on one platform mobile and have access to all of it at anytime. Previously we were using all paper, we are now 100% in the cloud and using quickbase for all of our database management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like organizing my workload in a Kanban and using/storing data from all of my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Kanban has limited features on the home page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on numerous projects per day with different deadlines and tons of info and organizing all of these projects with charts and creating a database is extremeley helpful in keeping me organized.

What do you like best about the product?
We utilize QuickBase for almost every aspect of our business, from managing tasks & projects, to client analytically reporting, to population health management, to ticketing service and much much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a table size limit that we occasionally run into

We have complex data on hundreds of clients that is seamlessly tied together

Quickbase the Wonder Tool

What do you like best about the product?
You can build almost anything natively with Quickbase from project management to inventory management to customer management. Quickbase allows our company to work in the unique way that it does as opposed to making our business model fit in an out-of-box software. Our company uses multiple applications every day. We can create solutions and roll them out within a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quickbase could do better with having training material and information available when new developments are launched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase helps us to share data in real-time, avoiding conflicting spreadsheets of information. It also allows our field teams to manage their work without having to be connected to our network or any other. The information that anyone wants is within the palm of their hand most of the time.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is relatively easy to navigate for non-technical users. In addition, it allows new users to slowly begin to understand the nature of relational tables, and generally, methods for storing data.

In addition, the customer support is fairly good. Every time I reach out to them, even if the answer is disappointing, they get back to me relatively quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The arbitrary limits in place. For example, the limit of 3 report formulas, summary formulas, 1000 records on a graph. There seem to always be new limits that are in place that I have to build custom solutions for (example: PDF viewer). Also, specifically in graphing there tend to be strange limits: trend lines, point shapes, style of charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of relating parent data to children data, and making those connections easy to understand, and fairly straightforward to visualize. I //think// Quickbase is headed in the right place, but sometimes it feels more clunky and archaic (ex. Jinja) than other low-code platforms. The latest additions of the new UI help though. Headed in the right direction, but would be better if things were moving more quickly. And more of the support requests were actually fullfilled.

Years of use - getting better in time

What do you like best about the product?
I think there are a lot of good options within this platform. They have been focusing on upgrading the technology with AI and other options to make a cleaner approach. We utilize different options within this platform, including our primary reporting database, project management, among others. The tools have become easier to use over time. More recently the support team has become helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
My first thought is the customer support. Over years of use, we have had numerous CSMs, Account Managers, etc...many of which were non-responsive, unsupportive, and in many cases difficult to work with. While that had gotten better in 2022-2023, it fell off again in 2024. It's a revovlving door of people who don't seem to know much about our account. There's no one to reach out to check in or provide updates on new products or tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, it provides our entire reporting database. We upgraded this over the past couple of years with better dashboards. It's still a little clunky, but it's progressing. The Project Management platform has not been as successful. We hope that with upgrades, this will allow us to better manage our projects in a more streamlined fashion. It's been a struggle to adapt to the use as the process of adding and creating within the project management piece is somewhat manual.
