Powerful business process management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Custom solutions that can be built in-house
What do you dislike about the product?
Out of the box UI is not the best, efforts have been made to modernize, but many improvements have been at the expense of functionality available in the old UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is able to handle virtually any business process.
QuickBase Combined with AI would be a gamechanger
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using QuickBase for more than 3 years. Quickbase is easy to access. At the same time, its automation and filtering make our lives smoother to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a cloud-based platform, QuickBase requires a stable internet connection. I believe as Quickbase is a big thing, it should be accessed in low data connection
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase helps to breakdown a lots of data in a report and we could easily filter it. At the same time, a multiple users could access on it.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is easily customizable and easy to build application that applies to the work I perform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some fields do require understaning formulas. I have not been able to use formula fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase solves process control problems. The ease of creating forms, tables, and reports makes it easy for a user to follow a process.

Reliability and the constant evolution of the platform

The restriction of a minimum number of users per package (team, business, etc.) and the price per user

Enabling clients, suppliers and ourselves to share and have all the information in one place, following the processes defined by our company
So customizable it can be as easy or difficult as you make it.
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, intuitive, and the depth of it's functions are pretty endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be pretty intimidating at first when you don't know the full scope of what it can do.

Inventory management. This allows us to have repeatable functions set on specific timelines.
Quickbase is continually transforming our business by continually transforming theirs!
What do you like best about the product?
The usability for the average user. Quickbase enables all users to become skilled in leveraging their data to improve productivity and they use it constantly. Speed to production is amazing and the way that it integrates with many of our existing systems makes it a popular platform in our organization. Quickbase has become very popular because it is easy for users to create great solutions that can be easily implemented. From an administrative standpoint, Quickbase support is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
As users become more familiar with quickbase they think they can do ANYTHING! All platforms have limitations but Quikbase has made our users feel like we can do anything and the expectations from leadership can be daunting!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is connecting our users to the data that represents everything that we do as a company. It is allowing users to make more targeted and intelligent decisions on a daily basis. It helps us to identify areas that need attention and also to track work in many different departments.

The data is very organized and easy to manipulate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not fund anything yet that I am unhappy with.

To keep data organized and accessible for all involved.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy navigation, helpful tools and streamlined data serviced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of flexibility with graphs, unable to color code columns (rows only), unable to filter out instead of filter in on reports, Quickbase help page can be cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help managing out case load, contact information bank, communication tracking, task completion, external quote creation, metrics tracking and internal notifications. This app is extremely beneficial to our company.

The Mobile side of Quickbase is behind the curve some in terms of UI Experience.
