Powerful platform
What do you like best about the product?
Quite customizable overall, even if not perfect, but their developer support is fantastic with Data Collaborative!
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain elements I wish were more customizable, and their reliance on pop ups is not ideal.

Quickbase is a flexible and effective solution
What do you like best about the product?
It is very flexible and very capable. It is capable of delivering just about any solution I can imagine, whether that is creating new spaces for processes or connecting to multiple data sources for a single dashboard solution for my internal customers. It is easy to set up new workspaces for nearly any data, workflow or communication need a company might have. It is fairly simple to integrate most data sources into solutions that can encourage users to use it everyday. The customer service team is very responsive, and tutorials are available for nearly every subject.
What do you dislike about the product?
The standard views can be a bit plain visually, causing some internal customers to choose flashier, less capable solutions. Some of the more advanced methods can be a bit daunting to figure out, even with fairly robust tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross functional collaboration for programs and projects, communication between users, contributors, and decision makers is always a challenge. We are using Quickbase to make those requirements easier and more convenient.
Quickbase - Easy to Use, Needs Improvement on SetUp
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase allows us to view multiple aspects of our business goals and metrics with reasonable ease. I am in the apps daily, and it's nice to be able to click a couple times to get what is needed for my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once dashboards are set up, it's easy to maneuver. I would like to have more opportunities for one-on-one training so that I can grasp concepts more easily, and for me, more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows our Team to view data quickly and efficiently with linking capabilities within the app. Our Team can see all input and output with a few simple clicks.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase has really streamlined our data collection process. We keep all our data collection essentials on Quickbase, and it has made my life and everyone else's life a lot easier here. The platform is user-friendly, and the support team is always helpful with any minor problems that come up. The ability to build and customize apps to fit our specific needs is a huge plus. The reports and charts we can generate are very helpful and cut down on my workflow time significantly.

There are no downsides to Quickbase! Any issue that arises, the staff quickly helps solve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Quickbase, managing our data collection for grant-funded programs was cumbersome and time-consuming. We had to deal with multiple spreadsheets and manual data entry, which was prone to errors. With Quickbase, we now have a centralized data point for our evaluation team and workers. This has not only improved our data accuracy but also made it easier to generate reports for our semi-annual and potentially quarterly grant reporting. The ability to create detailed and complex apps tailored to our needs has been invaluable. It has also been great to have the support team available for any complex issues that arise, ensuring that our workflow remains smooth and efficient.

Easy to build applications, but also can be increased in complexity to take on robust applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program is moving away from no code origins to a more programer or developer model. It requires additiona knowledge that is not apart of the quickbase training such as the use of Regex matching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly it is used by our organization to organize the work. Trackers and email management. The actual calulations and work is done offline from Quickbase.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that all Quickbase users will agree that being able to build a fully functioning app with low-no code is amazing! I actually enjoy development and writing code but it's nice to have a time-saving option. I love the AI feature where you can describe the type of app you wish to build and the system will build it out for you. Another really amazing offering is the Exchange. This is a platform where you can find pre-built applications that you can integrate into an existing app or use as a starting point for a new app build.
I appreciate how Quickbase offers a structured path for learning and certification. The fundamentals training was a great starting point, and the certification paths are clear and helpful. The resources available, like the on-demand training and office hours with experts, make it easier to get up to speed and solve any issues that come up. The ability to use a builder account to test things out without affecting our main account is also very useful

What do you dislike about the product?
There was definitely a learning curve with Quickbase, as there would be with any new product. The backend structure can be a little difficult to undestand at first. One big learning curve for me is that I am used to working with relational databases and Quickbase uses a slightly different concept than a relational database so that took some adjustment for me. These aren't necessarily "dislikes" just points of difficulty for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilized Quickbase to automate an internal process that our users had been doing manually for years. We were able to integrate with our accounting system to bring in user information and a wide range of data. This allowed us greater reporting capabilities and ease of use. Our users are extremely happy with how much the application has improved thier process and the amount of time saved.
Quickbase - actionable solution for business
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I do not have to be a computer science expert to implement designs and ideas. I also fully appreciate the depth of knowledge and the willingness to help other Quickbase users within the community!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little overwhelming on where to start with a design. Maybe having some "best practices" webinars would help for newbies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating a single place to find information scattered throughout the organization, both paper and electronic.

Love the product, but leery of the sales tactics.
What do you like best about the product?
So many great features! I love the recent updates to documents and custom emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am constantly concerened about Quickbase increasing the price of their usage plans. They change their pricing more than any company I've ever worked with, and sometimes those increases make me question whether I should continue to devleop on their platform or recomend it to my clients. It's a serious concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows us to integrate with all our mission-critical systems. We were able to develop an ERP, connecting accounting, payroll, and HR in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create an app in QuickBase. If you are using Excel to manage processes and data, you can easily turn this into an app within a few minutes. You can create an app as simple as you want or complex. The uptime for building an app is in days and not weeks, depending on complexity of course.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to QuickBase is the mobile form development. Their mobile platform is not as developed as I would like. This makes us have to look at alternative development for mobile forms and API's back to our QuickBase environment. They have a 3rd Party integrator, but it is expensive per user.

Allows us to manage Project, tasks, work order tickets, employee time, safety incidents, and equipment.
