What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the customizability and ease of use. I use it every day and it does feel like a very easy workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes the search function is glitchy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase has made it easy to manage my time off and other employee HR needs.

What do you like best about the product?
We are bale to runn all of our constructuon data through this software and it gives us realtime data
What do you dislike about the product?
not anything i can think of at this time. it far exceeds our inital expectations.

It elimates the need to enter data in muliple spreadsheets, we are able to export the data that differnet

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great business tool for keeping up with employees day to day tasks and activities. We use it to keep track of sales and track any feedback that can help better our relationship with our customers. Management reads the activity details daily. Very useful tool to also keep track of all customers and information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The changes to the website were confusing for the team at first. It got some trial and error to figure out where things were before. Easy to use website though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of having accessibility to everyone's progress in one website where management can go in and review details of a certain task and find any information they need quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase makes our processes and data workflows seamless - with its low-code format and straightforward interface, we are able to start collecting and reporting on data quickly and efficiently. We use QuickBase for a variety of business processes related to maintenance, asset protection & corporate security, and workplace safety - we use it as a backend for several third party applications, and supplement data collection with its easy-to-use forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quickbase is not always intuitive, and while there are plenty of trainings, they are not always available in the most current version of the software. Constant site improvements are amazing, but make keeping the trainings up to date more difficult. Recent updates to Pipelines have been buggy and resulted in outages that, while infrequent, are frustrating nevertheless.

Fast Development in Minimal Time but Not Perfect

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to build applications quickly without needing to develop complex schemas or relationships through SQL or an ORM. The ease of use makes it accessible and efficient for development. My experience with customer support has been mixed—at times, I felt rushed through the process so tickets could be closed quickly, but I’ve also had excellent 1-on-1 support with hands-on guidance that really stood out.
What do you dislike about the product?
One major frustration was the transition from Actions and Automations to Pipelines. For a long time, Pipelines felt like a half-baked solution that wasn’t fully complete. Error handling and messaging remain a large pain point, as it’s often unclear what went wrong when something fails. Additionally, Pipelines still feels like an external tool rather than a fully integrated Quickbase feature, almost like a less sophisticated version of Power Automate. Another ongoing limitation is the inability to create variables within the platform, which feels like a missed opportunity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase helps streamline our workflow processes by allowing us to centralize data and automate tasks that were previously manual and time-consuming. It’s particularly effective for managing project timelines, tracking team responsibilities, and ensuring visibility across departments. The flexibility of the platform enables us to quickly adapt applications to meet changing business needs without requiring extensive development resources. This has saved us time, reduced errors, and improved collaboration across our teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is user friendly. Adjustments can be made to fit our needs and make its use more personalized for our scheduling needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes navigating the welcome screen and searching for what you need can be a bit annoying.

Matching clients with clinicians based on areas of speciality and schedule availability

What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable the reports are. I can build what I need from the ground up. Its great to also be able to change a report and sample the findings before saving the changes to it. Everyone in the office can have their own log in and access it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our older reports dont always pull all of the information. It seems some reports have a shelf life on them, then we have to go in and recreate them with the exact same guidelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track different employees work while they are out in the field.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface and ease of navigating. There are a ton of options to create your own reports and gather the data you need from creating simple forms. It is accessible on multiple platforms i.e. desktop, ipad and phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve and if you want to get detailed forms that are very dynamic it takes a bit of coding practice in the background. Not a bad thing, just something to note if you are a beginner trying to create an app in Quickbase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows a visual for us to see all of the projects we are tackling in our department. It is more in depth than a simple excel spreadsheet is and allows you to capture a ton of information. The views can be customized for the ICs and for Senior Leaders.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to download the data and the way that it is organized. I also appreciate the flexibility to add different categories for each participant. It has adjusted to all of our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The constant changes in interface have somewhat interfered with our workflow, especially when we have many people from the organization that use QuickBase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us compile all the participant data in one place, and it lets multiple users make edits to it.
