Terrible customer experience, worth it if you never need to contact Intuit

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting was very well built in Quickbase and easy to use. The system is built pretty intuitively and makes creating an app pretty easy for a novice to jump in and build something quick for your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is terrible. Twice I've requested communication and didn't receive anything back for 30-60 days later. The rep replied back "did you still need help with this?" - it's a joke of customer service. Their licensing model is terrible as well. Doesn't take into account if you have a business where you onboard 50+ reps.

The customer service is so atrocious I can't believe this company can still have the rating it has currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are building a CRM that manages both the sales cycle and the install cycle for customers. We also want it to work with some customer facing side of things. Has notifications that send to customers based on a certain criteria set in the database.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you require 0 support, this service can work for you. If you require any interaction with their customer support - good luck.

Great tool for keeping all project notes in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to keep all of my project and campaign notes conveniently in one location, and accessible by other team members. Quickbase has been effective in combining a number of other resources we had to use to track projects - ProWorkFlow, Harvest, etc. - in one easy to use tool. I also appreciate being able to quickly find campaigns and programs based on "budget owner"/user, as well as create personalized reports based on criteria I pick (ex. "my 2018 projects within this market").
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the query-based filtering for reports takes some time to learn and set up effectively. I also wish there was a way to more easily change details, like budget owners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Keeping all information on a program in one central location - allowing multiple users to access the record and add time, details, etc.
-Being able to add time in toward a program specifically, making margins easier to determine for our financial department
-More efficient reporting - Being able to pull high-level reports based on specific criteria

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is a very user friendly application with simple and easy navigation. I use it to track my on going and completed jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using this for about a year and haven’t run to issue or problems as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps that we are able yo see how much productivity we accomplish from each month and what are finish rate is.

What do you like best about the product?
We can store everything that we need to know about a client in one place. Customization is fairly "simple" and we have integrated project management templates in it as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations in the number of ways you can filter data in a report and since our business is fairly complex, that can create a need to generate a new report template to get all of the data that we want in a viewable format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage all client data, communications and project management.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn how to personalize databases to fix organization-specific needs, as well as train others within the organization on how best to use these databases
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat costly for what we are able to do, especially to upload files
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to systematically streamline processes that were scattered and not reliably kept-up with previously. Having everything in one place, accessible from anywhere with internet access provides an easier way for people within the organization to consistently maintain the databases.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to make different reports. It helps me have full visibility of everything and stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with a recent updates, I don't like the outdated look of the site. I also don't like how difficult it can be to edit a grid. I think we could benefit from being able to edit without going into a new window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to keep track of client projects, whether it be budget, deadlines, or follow ups

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Quickbase will track all the conversations between the person working on the work order and me. It also is nice that I could attach screenshots and files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more than five uploads allowed with my entry. As a user filling out the forms I do find some orders are difficult to track the thread of responses and what has been done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to save space in my inbox and keep all the tickets organized. Quickbase is an excellent program to list my to-do that day quickly and keeps me on track to complete all my tasks.

We use this as a work order tool for the web and graphic design teams that I work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the notification features don't always function properly.

The team I work with uses this as a work order system.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize just about everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike doesn't have anything to do with the application it has to do with the programmer who made the customizations. He did't include the fields and reports I need to use from a calling perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted everyone in the organization to have access to all of the information about our customers and be able to access that information from anywhere and on any device. The biggest problem is getting everyone to use it to it's fullest capacity.

Reporting capabilities - we pull annual reviews and it works great compiling data
What do you dislike about the product?
requires links for reports, not easily navigated. Hard to access certain reports unless a link is provided - no way to navigate to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, process tracking, error reporting and auditing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s a great resource for reporting and tracking, however our company built up its own program that quickly outperformed.
