What do you like best about the product?
We use this as a work order tool for the web and graphic design teams that I work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the notification features don't always function properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team I work with uses this as a work order system.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize just about everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike doesn't have anything to do with the application it has to do with the programmer who made the customizations. He did't include the fields and reports I need to use from a calling perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted everyone in the organization to have access to all of the information about our customers and be able to access that information from anywhere and on any device. The biggest problem is getting everyone to use it to it's fullest capacity.

Reporting capabilities - we pull annual reviews and it works great compiling data
What do you dislike about the product?
requires links for reports, not easily navigated. Hard to access certain reports unless a link is provided - no way to navigate to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, process tracking, error reporting and auditing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s a great resource for reporting and tracking, however our company built up its own program that quickly outperformed.
Quickbase - a decent system for marketing and operations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly nature of the platform overall...especially from a light admin perspective. You can add and remove easily, create different templates, custom reports, etc and none of it takes a ton of skill to figure out how to utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall look could use some updating. It can be difficult to read at times the way it is laid out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A place to host a variety of information that can be accessed by multiple different vendors and by our client. It's great for creating custom reports that can easily be updated and pulled.
Quick Base Developer
What do you like best about the product?
Quick Base is flexible and scalable in ways that most platforms are not. It is easy for most users to learn how to be builders and they can empower their company moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have better email and mobile functions. They have made improvements to both and they are continuing to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Order Tracking, Accountability across teams, eliminating duplicate entry, streamlining systems. Multiple jobs and multiple access points for the system.

If you can dream it, Quick Base can do it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to import information, like Excel sheets which is useful. Also the ability to customize reports and charts, and be able to save them for quick access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike quickbase slowness, it can be very slow and clonky. It's also not very use friendly, I think it can be designed a little better, having a simplistic interface.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase allows management of customer contacts, flags customers for follow-up, allows daily input and modification of scheduled workflow; provides several levels of analytics to gauge company success in marketing efforts and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The few times a year the servers go down.

Use it to keep track of customers and end to end disposition of customer relationships, referrals.
Very difficult to maneuver at first
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can make a report and it saves it so I can use the same one each month without having to modify my filters each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it isn't very user friendly. There are a lot of things I can't figure out why it doesn't match my other reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to run a report on all of my facilities and export it to excel
We use QB for all our internal office project management.
What do you like best about the product?
For me I like QuickBase because it is a full project management software. It has all your invoicing buttons such as PO's, Payables, Invoice status etc... We also use it as our internal ticketing system to know which stores we are visiting for repairs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not really much I dislike at all. Everything is very customizable so anytime there was a feature I could have used QuickBase usually had it available in code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's beneficial because it's a one stop solution for us. Customers send us a ticket, we create it in the system, we track it in the system, we can assign reps to it, we can close it out, create the invoice and anything else all with this one program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try! If you're using many other platforms or software for different aspects of your business I would recommend trying out QuickBase. It's very nice to have everything consolidated into 1 app. Very customizable so you can get the look and feel that you desire.
Great application for citizen developers
What do you like best about the product?
In a short amount of time, you can create a robust business application with no code required. There are several hundred downloadable apps available in the Quickbase Exchange that you can download.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could offer more customized looks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transaction management, billing, service calls, scheduling, contractor on-boarding, inventory management, etc.
