Quickbase is more customizable... if you really know what you are doing.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is customizeable, but there is a learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve and the fact that so few people and organizations know Quickbase and are familiar with it, unlike Salesforce.

Database organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I would say that it is its flexibility. We can pretty much customize it in order to reflect our particular needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
More automation / AI would be great in order to improve efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a hydrid of a CRM and a project management tool for us is quite helpful.
Quickbase: It's pretty good!
What do you like best about the product?
I think Quickbase strikes the balance between low/no code configuration while still offering very powerful customization for more technically advanced users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like with and Low/No code application sometimes you run into frustrating or confusing constraints, thankfully the Quickbase community is full of helpful solutions and workarounds.

Quickbase is the core application powering our business.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase software is extremely powerful and versatile. It is adaptable to many applications and able to be added on to or altered by ordinary users with a little training.

Their development model was pretty rough at first. I was paired with a developer that I really didn’t work well with.
During the last couple months of my contract negotiations was paired with a fantastic team though and they have been knocking it out of the park.

Once developed, it will be digitizing and streamlining our field to invoice process. However, it is taking a very long time.

It is accurante, as long as all metrics are entered correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be somewhat slow to deliver to recipients.

It can be time consuming to compile static data on a day to day basis.
The Management Tool for Straight Forward Business
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to share information with team members without getting lost in bells and whistles. I also appreciate the ability to access multiple tools needed based on the two different teams I work with. Different hats use different tools and you make them easy to go between.

Find it a little clunky to format what I need. Would love it to have better/easier integration with my Google Calendar for my tasks.

Allows easy collaboration to take place across teams for task management.

Quickbase is easy to navigate. So far, I have not had any issues with utilizing Quickbase.

What do you like best about the product?
I use QuickBase (mainly their Producteev app) to find specific tasks and who they are associated to. This process makes my life much easier to find what I need quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like for a way to go directly into Producteev without having to enter in QuickBase first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often times I have a problem of not knowing which tasks are assigned to who and who has done it previously. Instead of going around asking my coworkers, I can quickly go into Quickbase to give me all the information I need.
