As powerful or weak a solution as you want it to be
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that this product is extremely flexible and can be tailored to meet just about any business need that needs capturing, tracking or reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that this product seems to be primarily focused on mature products/projects with agile methodology. It becomes a huge time suck to set up 1-off or maintenance tasks for myself or other people. The amount of setup/investment needed is quite extensive and that setup can feel very restrictive if the work/project mix changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This could be our specific deployment, but I feel like we are trying to solve a lot of or all of our problems using one tool: Sales/Lead tracking, Project Management, Product Management, Reporting, Time Tracking and Accounting. While we are realizing some benefits in all of these areas, I don't feel like the tool excels at any of them in particular.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have the initial buy-in and requirements for the initial version of the application you would like to build within QuickBase before committing.
Great Integration tool for our online services
What do you like best about the product?
Cloudpipes had capability that other products we looked at just didn't have. They seem to take full advantage of the saas apis we use, where other vendors would only use the basic endpoints that didn't give us all the capability we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There support hours don't really match up with our business hours, but that's because we are in different time-zones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloupipes has allowed us to integrate all our online services. So when we make changes in one app they automatically get changed in the other.
Worth it!
What do you like best about the product?
Cloudpipes has been a lifesaver in an annoying situation. I wasn't happy with having to manually enter my contacts from Shopify linked to Mailchimp to Infusionsoft and found Cloudpipes. It was extremely easy to set up and solved my headache within minutes!
I was also contacted by a representative of Cloudpipes who was very helpful, professional, and assisted me in obtaining the first level of service.

What do you dislike about the product?
The jump in prices are rather large. I would love to see a few more options. I would love to upgrade at some point to utilize Cloudpipes more but wouldn't be able to until my business grows significantly to be able to afford it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting my sign up contacts from Shopify/Mailchimp to Infusionsoft. It easily and quickly solved this problem.

Cloudpipes is easy, quick, and effectively links your other applications without the headache of hours trying to connect. Worth it hands down!

The functionality and modern design of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to request access to documents even if they are visible on my dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of time does not have to be spent on monitoring progress because the QB totals speak for themselves. Also all data is centralized.

Your data really has to be table-friendly or the program isn’t very useful.

What do you like best about the product?
The connectivity with others app and software we use at the enterprise is just perfect to synchronize all the data to create really useful info into the Quick Base. The easy way to create forms, reports and many types of charts is pretty well. . . The way of presenting the info is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the first time I did a relationship, but you can resolve that issue studying a little. . . There's missing a Quick Base manual for amateur and of course, for experts. . . It's been a long learning way to have and we have now, and it's not finished yet, so I hope that someone can do this manuals to improve the very first experience for the users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting the accounting software and the control project software with Quick Base let us use the earned value method, so we can have a pretty certain projection (on the go), of how the well the project is and will be in terms of cost and time. . .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I didn't like it at first cause I was only a user, but now, I am making my own app for the my company. Is so useful if you know how to take the maximum advantage. The Quick Base people is always offering training and certifications. So, it is possible to became and expert if you want to. . .
Platform user friendly, many apps are confusing.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can go from app to app easily, and it is a platform that is compatible with many different applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The format for many of the applications within quickbase are confusing to use, and not very intuitive. Field and Contact organizer have a lot of hoops to jump through and isn't totally clear how they operate. Movement builder seems to glitch a lot/people's applications don't always show up for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to organize contacts and interactions, and also for recruitment. For recruitment it is nice to be able to track applicants and where they are in the process. And it's a good location for storing all contacts.
My QuickBase Review
What do you like best about the product?
QuickBase has been wonderful in my role as a program manager. With so many people working on different parts of our projects, it's really nice to have a central system for everyone to work from and to store all of the important project data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that could be streamlined. The first thing that's coming to my mind right now is that when adding new people to a project, it requires you to add the position, save and exit, then return to the project to enter the team member's name rather than allowing you to just enter everything and save then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase streamlines our work by providing us with a central program that we as a company can utilize for project management. All of our program information is in one shared space and this sames us a lot of time in the span of our programs.

Quick Base is wonderful! As with anything, it takes time to learn and understand. There are a lot of features that I haven't even used yet, but it's great because there is so much that is available to help provide you with what you are needing to accomplish your work.
Simple and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
No coding involved, Quickbase is easy to use when you have lots of data to manage coming from various platforms. Works great with Salesforce. Customer support is also great, they could jump into your data at anytime to help resolve any issues you may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few bugs here and there when data files get to big or having to comply with simple rulesets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and managing large sets of customer data.
