Quickbase is an interesting platform. It is very systematized
What do you like best about the product?
Its incident report creator is very easy to customize. The Quickbase platform is generally used to manage RFI, and to update customer databases. In relation to supply chains, with quickbase we can handle shipments, organize warehouses and inventories, and do merchandise order treatments. This service has been the best solution for the management of our non-profit programs. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. It has fascinated us. If you have any problem with the platform you can easily go to their technical support service. They work on a regular schedule, and they respond very quickly. We thought that the price contract is beneficial for us, since the payment plans are quite flexible with the users. In addition, they are economical. We have achieved a high level of satisfaction with our experience of using Quickbase. It has been very easy to use, and its price shows that it is a positive investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can not administer providers, nor transport. Workflows are not configurable (you can not even choose access permissions). It does not have a progress system based on tasks to be performed, which means that the work can not be fully organized. Does not allow to review potential customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its multichannel system has been very advantageous to improve communication with our customers, and therefore the automation of our sales force. We think it's excellent to be able to handle payment commissions, and to be able to make sales forecasts, and make budget follow-ups.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Quickbase is a stable platform, very convenient for the realization of profit and loss reports, and for the administration of sales funnels. It is excellent for the management of members of non-profit organizations, and to improve the technical attention given to customers. It can even do call routing.

What do you like best about the product?
We believe that Quickbase is very good at improving the automation of sales forces, based on its excellent manager of communication channels, potential customers, and marketing campaigns. Freshmarketer allows you to handle calls, forecast sales, and track tickets and problems (has several Help desk tools). We also liked your automated routing for technical assistance, and that allows you to manage donor information.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not like its creator of incident reports for RFI management and merchandise shipments. We do not like your tracking of budgets and labor costs. We also do not like its commission manager for clients, since it does not categorize them according to pre-established filters. We do not like your email integration because it is slow with the majority of platforms that we attach to your system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Quickbase we have been able to resolve a lot our change orders, and our recommendation follow-ups. It has also been useful to keep us in better contact with our clients, since it is easier to manage databases of them. It is also good for the management of non-profit organizations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Quickbase is recommended first hand to manage memberships within organizations, as well as to handle quotes, donors and volunteers within them. We find it quite useful to review the life cycles of each employee within that organization, and to follow up on job interviews.
Great Service
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the system is great, and the ability to customize reports/interface is necessary in personalizing processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall look of Quick Base could be improved as the aesthetics of the program are a little clunky and not completely intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to bridge gaps in our current databases by using Quick Base as a tool to connect multiple teams and share work/information.
Good platform for building a simple function website
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the customization and ease of incorporating new functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the basic format and less than attractive interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company we have been able to continuously compile a lot of information into one place and have Quickbase help us turn that information into workable data.
Great If You Know Coding
What do you like best about the product?
I like best that there are gauge graphics to help visualize how your metrics are going
What do you dislike about the product?
Not user friendly whatsoever, unless you know coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping individualized track of metrics and being able to look at historic data
Streamlined our Processes into One
What do you like best about the product?
We have and ordering system that allows for my department to manage request. We are able to track time, bill time and record outside vendor invoices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing this is a great platform. Settings and workflow are key
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer are chasing papers from various departments and VPs. We are able to email invitations for collaboration and easily make changes. All the communications are stored in the system, no more he said she said changes.

This is a great tool to customize business processes.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about QuickBase is the great capacity it has to store data and its configuration to cover the needs of your company, you can make customized reports and save them in spreadsheet format, and your customer service is a great help for Any doubt that comes your way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its price seems costly, and if you "integrate" some other feature increases and if you increase your users too, some features have an advanced language a bit difficult and cumbersome, the technical service is always ready, but you should even have a specialized employee it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With QuickBase no data is lost, we had many problems in the past with that point, and due to the characteristics which we understand and execute as: creating applications from scratch and integrating them into the system and beyond the basics has an incredible functionality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
QuickBase can represent a great solution for Project Managers, construction and maintenance companies like the one that currently lend my management service, its platform has excellent functions and will provide everything you need to progress, solve and market your company among the best .

I can view my teams progress on jobs. Submit bids control my payroll on projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the different apps. It’s hard to figure out at first.

Keeping myself and client inform on project issues. If client have any issues they can login and view and submit
Easy to use & efficient
What do you like best about the product?
For the projects app, I like the ease of creating reports. You can customize them to do pretty much anything you need them to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fixing mistakes is a bit of a pain since every entry is time stamped and you are not able to edit. I understand the need for that but it would be nice if that was an optional feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great, easy way to keep accounts organized. I would say I'd like to be able to customize it a bit more but it could also be that we just haven't taken the time to figure out how to do that. The reporting is my favorite feature. For my job, it is imperative and the level that you can customize the reports to fit exactly what you need is something I haven't been able to find in other platforms.
Quickbase for all
What do you like best about the product?
We use quick base for literally EVERYTHING for our company. I am literally in quick base for my entire work day. We this for everything from implementations to client support. We use this to make "cards" for our development team and everything being in one place is AMAZING!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a lack of things we can do on our dev ops board, but that is expected because its not really meant to be a true kan ban board. But overall we love this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business benefits are HUGE. Since majority of the people in our company have access to the quickbase system, they can see notes for everything for our clients processes. That way, our client management team has all eyes on what's going on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely recommend to use for all purposes of a company. We use it for billing notes, contracts, client lists, etc.
