What do you like best about the product?
It is a powerful tool that allows you to create whatever CRM you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is a minimum number of users and that minimum is quite high, making the platform too expensive for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps nice records of our client base, our orders, and our sales. We also use it for generating reports of commissions and quotas.

Powerful and Fully Customizable Program!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can customize the program to suit your needs. There is nothing that I have been unable to accomplish thus far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Javascript is no longer something that can be coded into field formulas, which is a bummer. We have javascript fields that I can no longer edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to link Quickbase to external applications and it takes care of the day to day minutia that takes up precious time for our team.
User Friendly Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is customizable to suit our business needs and growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes need a better help area with more current solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QuickBase solves our need to collaborate and have critical reporting for better decision-making.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
QB is a good organizational tool. It helps put your entire project in one place and is very user-friendly. No complex coding to figure out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall I have found with QB is it can be a little glitchy. It takes a while to think before you can move on to your next step, and it sometimes crashes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QB helps multiple people within a project communicate. There are many people in the office, in the field, and traveling. Sometimes we don't get to collaborate, and this helps us all stay on track.
Quick, Easy, but Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase offers easy-to-use tools that can reduce your development time which results in quick business value and return on time. It is a necessary tool for all enterprise-level businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quickbase does not allow you to easily export a form as a pdf. In a fast-paced, rapidly evolving document world, not having the ability to export what you see in a structured pdf template can burn user hours in copying QuickBase data to other pdf tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase provides process and progress visibility for leadership by delivering live dashboards for data entered by business staff and end-users. Business leaders can easily see the staff workloads and positive outcomes in one location.
Huge time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
No longer have to keep track of thousands of papers or folders on my desk. Quickbase workflow manager allows me to save and search all applicable docs to designated projects!
What do you dislike about the product?
New interface and the removal of automations are updates I wish were optional. The new Pipelines process is not user friendly and reminds me of other competitor products that require more IT knowledgable users to setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Quickbase has solved is organization. Some projects have hundreds of files associated, whether it be emails, Customer drawings, quotes, etc. Previously we were printing and packaging all documents together and filing indefinitly in cabinets. This took up precious real estate and was not easy to access when needed. Quickbase project managers save all associated files to specific projects and it is one click of a button or search to find documents.
Second problem Quickbase solved it communication. No longer do we rely on emails/phone calls to remind users to finish their tasks. Quickbase automatic notifications triggered by task completion has saved us countless hours. Additionally, the dashboard feature showing the status of all projects is accessible to everyone in our company. No longer are we asking each other "where is this project at?".

It is very intuitive and very easy to pick up as a database platform
What do you like best about the product?
Everything just works. Having experience in database programming, I can see what the alternatives would be and how some procedures may be very tedious but with Quickbase it just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside I would say is the lack of 1. searching guides for advanced searching (I have to go into deep forums to figure it out) and how their formulas are not always that comparable to actual programming languages. As a Computer Science graduate, the formula aspect of QuickBase called my attention a lot as it was the main aspect where I could implement what I learned in university. However, some things just don't "click" or make sense as a programmer. these are things you get around or rather used to the longer you use Quickbase formulas, but I would say that is the major thing

The ability to build and share database applications for projects that wouldn't otherwise implement it the way we do. that is the best part in terms of business for us. Companies see what we build with their information and shape it to fit their entire needs and specifications and it's just a powerhouse of a tool for them and their project. this benefits us because we do not need to go out of our way to hire database programming certified engineers to build these platforms we are building today. not to mention other web development certified engineers to integrate the database with a digestible platform like QuickBase is. we can focus on hiring specialists in the field that our clients come from and use their expertise to better build our platform and just train those hires to be well-versed in QuickBase along the way. that is the true magic of Quickbase.
Amazing Quick Build-Out For A Custom LIMS!
What do you like best about the product?
QuickBase is very intuitive when it comes to building out a database schema. They've made linking items up with Foreign Keys and then being able to update tables via CSVs extremely simple. Combine that with some basic Python scripting and you can create very rudimentary inventory tracking databases for a small group in a very short time frame (<1 month).
What do you dislike about the product?
QuickBase automation, out of the box, is a little clunky. You can "low-code" some of it through the interface, but it was much easier in my situation to utilize Python scripts from database outputs. It'd be great to see the site take in user scripts and implement them, although, that'd be very hard to manage from a security stand point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a massive inventory of items tracked through spreadsheets that had gotten too large. QuickBase allowed us to get around that and also semi-automate our pipeline while also providing an intuitive interface for end-users.
