Quickbase - Need of the hour
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting, automation, customization, stake holder management, optimization and relaibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with third party can be improved, and easy learning portal should be easily accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM functionality, data managment and Integration with third party applications.
Quickbase - A No Code Revolution
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is a cleaner database, concise data, a better approach towards business assets. It helps different levels of management and stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like quickbase to have more and more integrations. And also a very detailed learning guide would also be a promising factor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves problems clustering of data into better reports, helps in forecasting, helps in presenting with various levels of management and stakeholder nurturing.
So far so cool!

Great to have access to all the information on one platform that's cloud based.

I don't know enough yet. I'm excited to learn how it's going to process all of our info.

My 6 Months Experience While Using Quickbase
What do you like best about the product?
I am using Quickbase from last 6 months, its very easy to use and i feel this software must be used by every startup because it offers app building in less coding which is good for every non technical person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Quickbase team respond late in my 6 months only one time this happens with me but they need to improve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create 2 apps with this platform in my overall usage of this software.
Rollout Apps Quickly and Integrate with Almost Anything. But, Mobile Needs A Lot of Work.
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to quickly create simple apps and reports to roll out. When you get to more complicated use cases, it's usually doable.
There are a plethora of resources available online when you need help. Their help pages, Quickbase University, recorded Webinars, discussion pages, and various 3rd party support make it so that you can usually find an answer somewhere.
If you can't find the answer online, then Quickbase support is one of the better support teams I've worked with.
But, their single greatest thing may be Pipelines. Automations, app integrations, and API support are powerful and easy with Pipelines.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like that the development environment and the end user environment are so intertwined. I wish there was a clear wall separating the 2 areas. With complicated app development, having that wall would save a lot of headache and help better manage app changes.
Their Mobile app needs a major overhaul. Navigation is terrrible and not user friendly, development for the mobile side is very limited.
Pipelines is getting a UI refresh that will finally allow us to reorder and add steps. But, they're making things harder for selecting input fields and Jinja inputs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to create apps that fill in gaps between our ERP and other external applications. It's making it easier for people to work more productively, work with more transparency, and allow for information to travel more efficiently between people and groups.
Quickbase is a great solution for running your business in unique and flexible ways
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is extensible, funcitonal, and all around excellent for maintaining records of our operations and work. All arms of our company are able to take advantage of quickbase's array of features to ensure everyone has the correct information for when they need it most.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no good way to observe logs without the help of support and this can make troubleshooting and diagnosing issues take much longer of a process than if developers had direct access to the log files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase has solved issues of operational blindness in our growing organization. By providing channels for real time and accurate data syncronoization, we are able to stay more on task and get more work done.

Quickbase is a tool that may be utilized for the administration of any and all forms of projects, tasks, and online projects. These days, we are able to extend its application to a broad variety of new settings as well.
The whole experience with Quickbase has been quite beneficial, as it has had a significant influence on our company operations by effectively reducing time and resource requirements, while also facilitating the efficient management of our projects within specified timescales.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have even more search options available for projects and subfolders. Needs to make improvements to the functionality of the document management system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is used extensively across the board in our company, touching on practically every part of how we do business on a daily basis. Sales, project management, development, operations, and even time tracking are just few of the many domains that fall under this umbrella.

Being a SaaS product lack of data centers outside US, UK/Europe. Least support for branding and visualization. No support to re-use of built solutions/applications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase provides a single source of truth for data that is base for all the real-time business insights. Provide customers with solution in weeks than months.
Simply the most customizable solution out there
What do you like best about the product?
You can customize and connect Quickbase in almost any way imaginable. It is low code and easy to learn even without formal training. We have used it in so many different ways, from getting data from our jobsites to processing payroll.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is high to start connecting to other applications. It was once more affordable but now charges for every time a 3rd party app taps into your database to retrive or update information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to take any information and turn it into a data set about employee and jobsite productivity is amazing. Using simple formulas there are endless ways to track jobsite data.
This is great for the creative side of you!
What do you like best about the product?
This platform has unlimited use cases. I am always finding new ideas where it can be useful when I see dependency on spreadsheets with large volumes of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more individual assistance, but there really isn't much that I do not like. The value is great and it keeps growing. I just would recommend not just the online training groups, they are good and can be reviewed but it is not my best learning environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing data together for our metrics and the reporting options for the metrics. We have a Procore integration which pulls data over for evaluation and increased reporting opportunities.
