Not only product, the communication and service is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
It's been a year we're using Hyperverge various services, and they are excellent. Hardly 2-3 times we faced issues, but those also got resolved very quickly. Hyperverge team communicates any changes well in advance and also keep on improving their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing which I dislike about Hyperverge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Liveness and face match services. With liveness, we can highlight errors like eyes closed/blur/photo of a photo, etc., in real-time and resolve them upfront. With face match, we have automated one of the processes of verifying user selfies with their OVD; we've seen a success rate of 80+% for this.

We are using services for customer identification and fraud detection from HyperVerge and the outcomes have been tremendously great.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is proactive and ensures that any escalation which is raised is looked into. They work towards ensuring that the most optimum approach can be utilized for our KYC service

I don't think there is anything specifically which has come up

We're trying to ensure our KYC journey is more automated and that our users go through less friction in the user journey for the KYC process

The accuracy is very good on identifying documents. It is a major pain point of the industry

Issue resolution sometimes is not adequate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are digitizing our pyhsical documents so that we can automate out manual quality checks. It has helped us to automate 60% of our manual quality checks.
