You pay per unit for each verification function you use. Nine independent dimensions let you pick only the checks you need. Identity functions include ID Card OCR, Document Quality checks, and ID Forgery Checks. Biometric functions cover Face Match, Liveness Check, 1:N Face Dedupe, and Advanced Face Fraud Checks (deepfake detection). Video KYC handles video-based verification, and Hyperstart CLM manages contract lifecycle work. Each dimension bills separately by usage volume, so your total depends on how many units you consume per function. Unit pricing decreases as your volume grows.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One unit equals one processing action. For ID Card OCR, that is one card image scanned. For Face Match, one comparison of two face images. For Liveness Check, one selfie-based check. Each verification request you send counts as a single billable unit under that dimension.
Each dimension bills per unit consumed, and unit pricing follows volume-based tiers. As your volume increases, your per-unit price decreases. There is no fixed commitment on the individual functions; your total scales up or down with the number of checks you run each period.
Each of the nine dimensions bills independently by usage. If you run ID Card OCR, Face Match, and Liveness Check on one applicant, each function meters separately and adds to your total. Your invoice reflects the sum of units consumed across every function you use.

What do you like best about the product?
HyperVerge Identification is very easy to use. I have been using it every day in my organization for the past seven months, and it has always worked smoothly without any issues. The software has never experienced server downtime during my time using it, which is truly impressive.
What I like most about this tool is its simplicity—there are no unnecessary animations, making it straightforward and efficient to use. Overall, it’s an amazing tool with a hassle-free experience

What do you dislike about the product?
The newly launched HyperVerge add-on now includes a 7-second timer for agent acceptance. I think it's a good feature, but I would suggest increasing the timer to at least 12 seconds for better flexibility
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this time, I noticed a problem: when submitting the call, it goes into processing. However, during processing, some parts of the voice get recorded while others do not. This is the issue I observed please resolve this problem
