Great Liveness Product
What do you like best about the product?
Very Friendly team and prompt to respond to our queries or problems.
Solutions are customisable and team helps us in identifying the right solutions.
We are looking forward to close the VKYC solucion also.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike, we would have gone with Facematch solution also.. but stopped from doing so because of some design issue (doc needed to be uploaded which is leading to higher latency)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using liveness and advanced liveness check.
As a result of this simple product, our fraud (fraudsters who get access to the application by impersonating) have become null.

You should go ahead with Hyperverge when it comes to verification solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a flexible and effective solution. The speed of implementation was quick, and changes were not an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the speed of support can be quicker, but it is always tricky during growing from smaller player to global player.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using HyperVerge for KYC for CASA account opening. One month after deployment of eKYC, the share of customers passing eKYC is 80%+ that equals 80% of physicalresources needs.

Proactiveness in terms of collaborating & solving business problems. Their tech stack is one of the best in the industry

There's nothing to dislike, the team is small thus sometimes delivery deadline is not as per the expectation

What do you like best about the product?
The current version of the HV textmatch API uses a refined fuzzy match logic, which performs much better than the previous solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously we made complaints about the success rates of the HV textmatch API, which HV resolved in the most recent version of textmatch API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mi Credit (Xiaomi's lending platform) uses the identity verification of HV to identify and eliminate frauds at the top of the funnel.
Customer friendly, technically efficient, cutting edge products
What do you like best about the product?
Hyperverge has been very much responsive whenever there has been need of any product or new feature. They have always been very accomodating to new requests and have always responded quickly to the changing environment and requirements. On top of that, the efficiency of their products has always been higher.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have not been any downsides with Hyperverge products and/or services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their products have helped us to scale up fast by not having to focus on developing those features. The easy to integrate SDKs and high accuracy of analysis has helped us onboard customers fast and prevent frauds at a very initial level.

Revision traditional Customer identity validations through OCR, image liveliness, customer filtering, and maximizing time spent tuning customer products and decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
They capture accurate information, and the failure rate is shallow in terms of verification. Also, the OCR Feature is very affective and when combined with data scrubbing with an internal database. Fraud detections add a cherry on the top.

I have been associated with Hyperverge in current and previous organisation and nothing such has been found by me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Digital NBFC, we onboard all our customers via digital modes and Hyperverge services cater to almost all our requirements. We verify OVD Documents online as well as offline via OCR. As a fintech cum NBFC we want to offer the customer our credit line in minutes and Hyperverge helps us in achieving that goal .

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hypervege OCR and face match services for the last 3-4 years. The accuracy has been much above our expectations. Moreover, the team emphasizes the problem-solving approach. All the representatives are the receptive people that I have ever known.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike.
However, the solution is confined to a limited set of documents if other documents are covered. Then it would additionally help us to solve our problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick response time of the APIs for the majority of the cases.
Support for the wide range of PI documents.

What do you dislike about the product?
For Home Credit, Adhaar masking solution wasn't that optimal since we were receiving unmasked adhaar number images from them for some of the cases. This was happening because we were sending adhaar front and back images separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HCIN wanted to Fastrack the application creation process for the customer lending platforms. Additionally, we also wanted to have a green channel for the KYC for the OCR success cases in order to avoid manual KYC check operations.
Overall, It was a nice experience working with the HyperVerge team and their solution. I would say we met both the expectations up to a certain extent after having Hyperverge Identity Verification implemented at our end.
