HyperVerge: The Best Solution for Customer Onboarding Management
What do you like best about the product?
HyperVerge is one the best product for our customer onboarding process. The AI accuracy is world class, and the KYC verification takes less than a minute, pretty smooth. The no-code platform is a big win, letting us go live super fast, it's pretty simple and easy to use. Plus, it's a one-stop-shop, so no more juggling multiple vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there's not much to dislike. Maybe they could offer more tutorials for beginners, but that's a minor issue. Everything works perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've seen a 70% reduction in bad players and a huge drop in customer drop-offs, This itself was big, Good KPI improvement. The heavy automation has cut our operational costs big time. The A/B testing feature lets us optimize workflows in minutes, not hours.

What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to KYC I haven't seen anyone do it as well as HyperVerge. Be it eKYC, cKYC, Digital KYC, Video KYC, they excel at it all. We have gone from a drop off rate of 38% to a drop off rate of 6% during KYC process. It adds to our topline revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the only thing I can say is the number of features come with an extra burden of remembering it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KYC has been a big issue for us as we used to sell our solution to banks and other financial institutions. They have helped us onboard their people with ease.

While using HyperVerge, I've noticed occasional delays in API call responses.

By using HyperVerge, we can Mask Adhar Number and mask Adhar QR Code.HyperVerge also provides complete digital KYC for customer. We can do KYC in customer device too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Late responses for the API calls. Link we receive from hyperverge will expire too soon. Sometimes customer face will not get capture. Scan of PAN and Adhar card issue.

Hyperverge auto fills the data from the documents given by customer which prevents change in personal details of customer. HyperVerge also masks Adhar number and QR code

Hyperverge brings in ready to integrate Identity verification platform. As a financial organisation, Identity verification is a crucial part of our platform. Hyperverge has geography specific implementation of Identity verification which makes our onboarding smoother
Best solution for Identity Verification
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support post-sales is really impressive. Their product stack is a one-stop solution for all identity verification needs. The straight-through processing rate increased while customer drop-offs during the process decreased.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more functionalities in the dashboard. But apart from that, I liked all the other aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a solution to quickly verify customers while ensuring they had a good experience during the onboarding process. HyperVerge helped us verify the customers in seconds with very few manual reviews.

Need more options/features to customise their SDK to our requirements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using their face authentication solution to authenticate vendors everytime they come onto our platform. Many fraudulent activities were taking place before we put the face authentication solution in place. The results are great. We are using another solution provider for identity verification, but currently we are doing a POC with HyperVerge for IDV. Post the POC, we are planning to go ahead with them for IDV solution as well.

Id verification Wed/android and IOS SDK support. And OTP-based aadhaar verification improved our operations and quality of KYC documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Hyperverge Identity Verification is the most friendly service I have used. When needed I got support and customized solution also.

I didn't find anything to dislike about their services.
