What do you like best about the product?
HyperVerge Identification is very easy to use. I have been using it every day in my organization for the past seven months, and it has always worked smoothly without any issues. The software has never experienced server downtime during my time using it, which is truly impressive.
What I like most about this tool is its simplicity—there are no unnecessary animations, making it straightforward and efficient to use. Overall, it’s an amazing tool with a hassle-free experience

What do you dislike about the product?
The newly launched HyperVerge add-on now includes a 7-second timer for agent acceptance. I think it's a good feature, but I would suggest increasing the timer to at least 12 seconds for better flexibility
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this time, I noticed a problem: when submitting the call, it goes into processing. However, during processing, some parts of the voice get recorded while others do not. This is the issue I observed please resolve this problem

Their AI technology is highly accurate and advanced. They can detect deepfakes with 100% accuracy which is unmatchable

What do you like best about the product?
Identity Verification typically offers fast processing times, facial recognition, and liveness detection are good.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some scenarios, doesn't perform as accurately as desired, particularly in challenging conditions such as poor lighting or with low-quality documents/photos

HyperVerge simplifies and automates the identity verification process, reducing the time and effort required to onboard new customers
It is very time efficient.

Response time looks pretty good. Easy to access and easy to implement. Good customer support.

I haven't seen any downside of Hyperverge yet. They have a good support and have been really helpful with the doubts.

It helps us in saving a huge amount of time in verifying details that we would have to do mannually.
It's a clean solution, flexible enough to fit many scenarios and use case.

I like that there are various modes of integration and accessing the services such as SDKs, APIs, WebHooks, etc. It makes the implentation super easy.

Documentation can be improved to highlight key things like -

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HyperVerge Identity Verification is solving our regulatory and compliance requirements for AML and Sanction Screening as well as vetting the ID Cards and Bank details of the user. It also helps us with sanction screening of our users before each and every transaction, which is mandate by FIU.

What do you like best about the product?
OCR, Face Match service, auto verification, easy deployment & Integration, good customer support.

So far, I have not found anything that seems to be negative.

Now our KYS is getting done online with ease, our customer are doing it on their own through our self-help portal.

Nothing so far. Though we had to iterate couple of times with the tech support for some issue fixes, the responses were prompt and the fixes worked well.
