What do you like best about the product?
The software stands out due to its ease of use, which simplifies user interaction and reduces the learning curve. Its ease of implementation ensures a smooth initial setup, while the ease of integration allows it to seamlessly connect with existing systems. Frequent use is supported by its extensive number of features, which cater to diverse needs, and the high-quality customer support enhances the overall experience, addressing issues promptly and effectively.

i Don't have any dislikes , i honestly appreciate it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly it has a very good application performance and monitoring of website. It is easy to understand and learn quickly. Currently we are using this application to know about the letency of application production and the speed of IT alerting, incident response.

What do you like best about the product?
The checking of stack trace and review of code around it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ui is somewhat curmbersome. There are lots of menus it becomes sometimes confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of outages are solved by instana itself. It tells us about the alert and we take next steps according to the alert.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM Instana is playing Key role in my Current project it has Good Ease of use, Ease of Implementation during Monitoring the various websites, It is also supporting to me to give wide range of support for customers while resolving the queries, It also has wide number of features for good ease of integration while doing migration activities and deployments. It is having high frequency of use because of its optimistic features.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a support executive, I find that while IBM Instana offers powerful features, it can be complex for us to set up, and it has some high pricing for consumption, its data consumption also make it challenging to focus on critical issues, while deployments or during migration activities it is complex to monitor the websites and nods and solving the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Instana is playing key role while working for my current project. It is very useful for me in monitoring incidents that are occurs in the various activities ,it also helpful for while working with Database, also generates alerts for whenever a website goes down, whenever experiences an error, or other events Monitor multiple websites at once, organizing them with dashboards. It plays a key role in generating report s while setting jobs in reporting team, it also highlights and monitors various APIs or websites without having major issues and also provide alerts while generating major deployments or migration activities.
It is best source for reviewing cpu utilizations and easy to access and analyze the issues.

The features and it is very helpful to analyze and trouble shoot.It provides Automated application performance monitoring which is very helpful and easy to use. We have got excellent customer support.We use it frequently. We can integrate it easily.

Performance issues when multple users are using it.

This is helpful for Monitoring the issues . Gives alerts more than the thresholds. And we are able to avoid the outage.
Easy to analyze system
What do you like best about the product?
IBM instana is very helpful for server monitoring and geting the insights of the server and application. We can identify the problem in the very short time. And the system is easy to use. It is easy to implement.Customer support is quiet better than other company. we use it in the frequently. It is ease of integration.

I don't think there is any drawbacks are there.

It is solving the lot of problems i.e getting the insights of the server, graph of the alerts.

The builtin alert do not have feature to customize them. I need to create a new custom alert instead.

The solution should include log management and improve reporting and integration with Cognos.

I have been using IBM Instana Observability for one year.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
IBM Instana Observability is a scalable solution that is usually recommended for enterprise businesses.
How was the initial setup?
The solution’s initial setup is quite easy.
What about the implementation team?
You need to install a single agent to deploy the solution, which hardly takes any time.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The solution's pricing is reasonable compared to that of its competitors like Dynatrace. In India, the solution costs around INR 1,00,000 per node.
What other advice do I have?
IBM Instana's automated root-cause analysis has impacted our incident response times by integrating with other IBM products. A lot of banks are using the tool. Customers immediately see a return on investment with IBM Instana Observability. The solution supports our cloud-native application monitoring strategies. The application can be anywhere because it supports a hybrid cloud.
I would recommend the solution to any enterprise business that is really interested in application performance.
Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
Good Observability tool in market
What do you like best about the product?
It gives good reporting metrics in the chart based formats which helps you to drill down into any KPI to find more details.
You could also look at the aggregate data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if they have given us some user customization to change the view as per user preference and the choice of chart library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team for the proactive monitoring our applications. We can get a detailed view of all the db performance and container monitoring in a concise view.
