Druva Excellent Security and Backup
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use and Single Pane of glass monitoring

Multiple daily report notifications that requires further setup to customize
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Secure backup data - Lowers overall Cybersecurity risk in environment
2) single pane of glass monitoring of all backup solutions - saves time reviewing issues on a daily basis
3) Ease of restoration for live and testing - provides real time testing of backups, provides solid RTO for company
4) "Gold" file identification (clean of malware before restoration) - provides clear and concise view of backup environment and saves time in a disaster recovery scenario/environment

Easy to deploy, easy to monitor, fast restores
What do you like best about the product?
Deployment was very easy and required very little configuration of things outside of the Druva software. Initial backups ran smoothly, and our monthly test restores complete quickly. The couple of problems we have run in to were handled easily by their support group. The admin interface is very responsive and fairly easy to use. The summary screens provide a good, actionable overview of backup success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The Hyper-V agent sometimes does not clean up snapshots correctly, but our other monitoring solution warns us about old snapshots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva provides automatic backups, cloud storage, ransomware recovery, and DR all in one solution. Having all of those things in one platform increases reliability as there is no configuration or communications channels between them.

Druva inSync offers a smooth and secure experience with automatic backups, easy file recovery, strong data protection, and minimal impact on system performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Once Druva Cloud Backups have been configured they run seamlessly without very little attention required.

We have ZERO dislikes! We love DRUVA!!!

DRUVA Cloud Services provides us with off-site backups independently of Microsoft 365. The amount of time that backups are retained has saved us many hours of work.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Druva Data Security Cloud is that it’s fully cloud-native, which eliminates the need for on-prem infrastructure while providing scalable, secure, and automated backup, recovery, and compliance with minimal management overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
A dislike about Druva Data Security Cloud is that restoration speeds can be slower for large datasets, and costs may increase as storage usage grows, especially for long-term retention.

Druva Data Security Cloud is solving my challenges of data backup, recovery, ransomware protection, and compliance by providing a unified, cloud-native platform,benefiting organization by reducing infrastructure costs, improving data availability, simplifying management, and ensuring faster recovery with built-in security and governance.
Druva - One of the best backup vendor
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of deployment, no hardware needed, quick to setup, user friendly, single pane of glass for monitoring our endpoint and M365 backups, very easy to integrate with our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires granular restore functionality for better compliance purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to maintain backup servers, storage hardware, or tape libraries. Reliable backup and restore for our endpoints and M365 data sources.
Excellent cloud backup service.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and implement into your system. Their customer support is really a pleasure to work with, they always go above and beyond when trying to help you fix an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I have really run into is the amount of time it takes to restore a VM especially if it is a big one. But of course that all depends on your internet speed since you are pulling it from the cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our business we are required to have backups at a separate location from our main biulding. Having our backups on the cloud is solving that problem for us and is just smart to do in case of disaster.
Backups work well, much easier than previous solution

Quick and easy to use. The prior way took 2-3 days and now I can do it in minutes

Druva makes M365 Data Protection easy and painless
What do you like best about the product?
The solution "just works" and requires little oversight and ongoing management. We have very few issues that require manual action. Working with support has also been a great experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
Azure support is not as mature as their AWS coverage. Disabled entities will typically fail a backup as it is discovered that they were disabled/removed. This can make it appear as though there are more failures in the environment than there really are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides off-platform backups of our M365 data with the benefits and ease of a SaaS solution and minimal management overhead.
