The place where human-digital presence is available
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the presence on social network platforms is in one place. Identifying a profile can significantly facilitate the conclusion of a case. Especially if this person is decent and therefore, no problems are created for an innocent person.
What do you dislike about the product?
If SEON does not find any match on social networks, I think it is better to remove any icon that could divert attention. Often the logos of social networks are still visible in gray to show that there is no match, but I think this is superfluous. Instead, I would give greater visibility to all true-positive results and, in particular, to all open profiles (in which the profile's privacy is set to a minimum) to help quickly recognize everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save a lot of time searching for the suspect's social networks. The research itself is an action with low added value if it has to be physically carried out by an individual. But thanks to this program, it is much more helpful because I used it in other investigations at that time.

Easy to understand and friendly platform!
What do you like best about the product?
What it is most helpful about SEON is that they have a very friendly platform. It offers good monitoring, and the proposed information is highly valuable for fraud prevention.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I disliked about SEON is that when we started using it, we needed to refresh more than once some users to get all the information we wanted. Also, I think you can improve the filterings for searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON is helping us to detect whether a user is more likely to commit fraud or not by analyzing their profiles. Also, the integration within our risk model was not that complicated.
It's been a great experience, even though some features don't work as expected
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to see the connections with email and phone numbers, it gives us a lot of insights during the investigation
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool is not 100% accurate, considering if I run the same information twice following different "paths", I get different replies. E.g.: in the first analysis the LinkedIn account might not show up, but if I run it on the email, the account will be linked there.

AML issues.
It is very helpful in finding connections and confirming somebodies identity.
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use the check email and phone number functions to identify people. So far, it has been beneficial, and I would recommend it to others too. It is also significant that you can check the fraud scores of different countries and organizations
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be annoying that it reads every longer number list as a possible phone number, and it can cause misclick by it. If possible, I would instead make it work as a separate right-click option on items

What do you like best about the product?
SEON, with its Chrome plugin made many of our processes so much easier and faster. With one click on a phone number or an e-mail address you already know a lot about your client!
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the times it shows that there is an account on a platform linked to that email or phone number, but doesn't let you visit it. It is not a big deal, but if this feature will be improved, it would avoid a lot of manual searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON gives a lot of leads already you start your AML or fraud investigations. It enhances KYC data that we already have on our database and helps us having a better knowledge of our customers,

What do you like best about the product?
In some cases it leads to much more efficient results, especially social accounts

Often when a social media account is found, there is no link. It's not really helpful to simply know they have the account

Risk scores of certain data
It's like diving into a rabbit hole, where all your time and effort gets rewarded
What do you like best about the product?
I think it's very efficient in a way, that you can prevent fraud before the action happens if you act fast enough, and in my honest opinion it's revolutionary, and I believe in the future - it can get only better!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides, to be honest, I just wish there are more basic filters (beyond the set parameters) to compare users for example, who use the bin and signed up from the same city or country, on a particular date, etc. But again overall it's a great tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me detect bots, fraud rings, bonus abusers, fake accounts, and affiliate fraud. It's a helpful tool to mitigate risk.
Great Experience with SEON
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty easy to understand and is a great work tool. I learned to use it in a week.

The log in can become annoying when working with it on a daily basis.

Help us understand users risky behaviour and add new variables to our risk model.
Detailed breakdown
What do you like best about the product?
On how detailed it outlines the user's social profile. Along with other flags such as device, cookie and browser hash. As these are the features I use the most during my review process. Plus you can set your rules
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I can't think of any dislikes. It's been close to month of using it. I'm sure I will have more feedback to share in the coming months of using SEON.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are at the early stage of setting up the rules in SEON. However, when we flags the account on our end and then go to check the users profile in SEON I have notied that it does flag it as well. So the rules we set as working as expected
Innovative solution to fight fraud.
What do you like best about the product?
This tool has helped us in the onboarding process, creating a customer experience with fewer friction thanks to the anti-fraud detection process. In addition, the response received from SEON is fast and allows the client to avoid waiting times to obtain their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we don't have anything to dislike
