What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about SEON actually! Maybe if I find something more cheaper, but doing the exact same thing I will change it, however I doubt there is one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can filter the traffic even on registration, you're preventing the bot registrations, suspicious deposits, high value withdrawals.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly it is, the customer support and the features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I deslike and maybe it is not connected to SEON is that we are not able to open directly accounts in our internal tool from seon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is stopping a lot of different types of online fraud. We can detect CC fraud, unauthorised logins, etc.
The most useful and informative tool I've ever had to use
What do you like best about the product?
I believe, the best thing about Seon is it's user-friendly interface. You always have all the information gathered and efficiently operated in one place, and compared to my previous experiences, having all this info collected at once saves a lot of time and helps to respond faster. In addition to that, you can barely imagine a scenario which you cannot prevent with the rules. You can use literally any potentially possible parameter of the transaction to be considered by a rule, and more to that, they also provide AI generated rules based on your response with the transactions. Finally, the Team behind all that is just another level of kindness and professionalism. Should I need help with anything related, my questions are always answered in the most friendly manner possible!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there're much. Time to time, some delays occur and you have to wait for like 10 seconds for the page to load. This happens twice a day at most. There're also some minor things which could be improved. (please give us the option to mark txs as completed in bulk)

We use Seon directly for the purposes that are advertised, and it does it's job flawlessly

The platform is easy to integrate and use (just a few clicks if you use Shopify).
I am impressed with the amount of data points that are gathered by the system.
It is easy to build complex rules for the scoring engine based on any of the available data points.
The SEON team is very nice to communicate to in case there are any questions or if any integration advice is needed.
The system helped us identify and eliminate a significant amount of fraud in our store.

The biggest drawback for us is that if you sign up for SEON through Shopify, some of the important platform features are restricted.
An average Shopify customer would probably not need these features, but they are essential to us, with our order volume and fulfillment process complexity. I am talking about APIs. SEON has many APIs to interact with the platform programmatically, and none of them are available to you if you use the platform for Shopify. We really needed Lists API to mark customers as blocked/trusted in all our systems automatically, but the team made it clear that if you are a Shopify customer, no APIs are available. Also, SSO (Single Sign-On) is unavailable for the same reason.
We really hope SEON comes up with some solution that would allow customers to use the platform for Shopify AND have access to APIs and other "pro" features at the same time. We are ready to switch to a higher plan if needed. I'll gladly update this review if the situation changes.

SEON helped us (and continues to help) a lot to identify and cancel fraudulent orders in our store. This brings down the fraudulent chargeback rate, which is essential for any B2C e-commerce business.
